We called to get a pick up . It was for Wednesday and never showed it's now Saturday still out looking bad in front of my house. I called 5xs was given many excuses by representatives. I was transferred to a young man Hector he said he is supervisor but also gave me excuses. He said driver may be new or streest may be getting paved. We will never use this agaiin! I've called this company 4 times and all I get is false promises about them picking up our trash. A client shouldn't have to check up on their service provider to actually complete their service this much. It's been 3 weeks since the last trash truck came. Worst trash service ever. Who the hell picks up trash at 6am waking up the whole neighborhood with their loud ass trucks. and when you call to complain nobody ever calls you back and terrible attitude and customer service. Glad they have been fired and are leaving the city...
