This is the second week in a row I have been there that 5 workers are standing around the customer service desk on their cellphones and not even thinking about trying to help customers unless they are asked. First week I said something to the cashier, who was reading a book as I walked out and went elsewhere. I am in the mystic store daily and that is worse except for the one guy who is friendly and helpful. Read moreCannot Recommend...I've spent thousands of dollars in the East Lyme store over the years only to find out today there rewards programs is a scam. The last major item I purchased was a $1,300 Webber grill in June 2018. The summer went by and no rewards certificate. I called TV Corporate and they told me the store can decide if/when they give out points on a purchase. They don't have signs posted that mention this when you purchase an item but I'm told it's in the fine print of the rewards agreement.
