So I walk in and there’s only one person online. He’s ordering a pound of coffee and wants the $5 gift card they are offering. The one behind the counter says this others guys going to get it for you and so he steps aside so I can order my coffee, and she just stares at me blankly and walks away and put her drive through headphones on. she continually peaks around the corner at me, and I proceed to stand there for at least eight minutes while four people help this gentleman and the rest of the coworkers stand there blankly staring into space. Someone is outside decorating for Christmas which I think is the manager, she comes in to oversee the gift card fiasco and doesn’t even acknowledge me either. I finally ordered from my phone on the Starbucks app and walk over and pick up my coffee. The employees were so oblivious to the fact that I was even the same person who was just waiting online for 10 minutes. Read morePositive update to previous post. I visited this Starbucks again and am happy to report a much improved atmosphere and customer service. The staff seemed more organized and there was minimal delay in receipt of beverage/food items despite the line. Good job management, I'll be back.
The drive through was so slow, I left without my order. I came into the drive through 6th in line, placed my order at the speaker with a friendly member of the staff then waited 15 minutes before arriving at the window. I could see my order through the glass, and the hustle and bustle inside. But no one came to the window or acknowledged me for 5 additional minutes. I decided that cool coffee and a now cold breakfast sandwich was not reason enough to be late to work, so I left without my order. Every single time I have gone to this location my drink has been screwed up, whether it be the milk choice or just not including the ingredients in the drink. Tonight I ordered the Honey Citrus Mint tea, and when I picked up my drink it was boiling, so I couldn’t test it in store. I took a sip on my way to my destination, and it was missing two of the main ingredients: the lemonade and the honey. I paid five dollars for tea, that I could make at home. I called the store, and spoke with a supervisor on duty, who informed me that they could only issue me a refund if I came into the store the next day (not true, the store manager has issued a refund when provided with my order number), and was ver unapologetic and unhelpful about this.
