U T H S Soule Bowl Stadium — Attraction in East Moline

The UTHS Soule Bowl Stadium offers great seating and a solid track, making it a decent venue for events. However, the parking situation is an absolute nightmare. Cars end up lining the streets in all directions due to the lack of a proper parking lot. The tiny lot that does exist is so poorly designed that it’s hard to even call it a real parking lot. To make matters worse, there are no handicap parking spaces, which is a glaring oversight. Fixing these issues would go a long way in improving the experience...
