Boost Mobile — Local services in East Moline

I have had my HTC Bolt since 7/6/17and it is not working. Can't answer call, texts, or shut off alarms because the buttons don't respond. When it does let me in it has either a bunch of horizontal lines or it looks like it is trying to load 100 home pages. I am told that I may have to pay for repairs and pay to mail it to you to try to fix it. I should not have to pay for anything because it is not my fault that I was given a defective device. The supervisor for tech support can't tell what falls under the limited warranty. I will never recommend this phone or Boost to anyone. Your service sucks! I was hung up on. Another just kept repeating the same thing. Another tells me I can send it using any carrier(ie FedEx) which I already know duh! But can't give me the address to send the phone. Then the supervisor said that I have to wait another 24-48 hours to see if I can get approved to not have to pay for shipping the phone for repairs. This is totally unacceptable in my book. I can't get a loaner from either HTC or Boost and I am supposed to be happy with this? No I am not happy. I will tell everyone not to use either company: HTC or Boost. And forget about Boost caring if you have a proper working phone. They will not...

I went to get the ebb I was approved for and the lady tried but I couldn't get it. It's sad when I have been approved for this service. She gave me a sim card and it still doesn't work. This program would really help me to save money which I would have for my groceries but I have to have a phone so I ended up having to pay the $50 in order for my service. Is anybody at this location that actually wants to work. I sat right in front and called 3 times while there were NO customers and still no answer. Its sad when you have to be rude just yo get proper service. Plus, are these people properly trained?? They dont know how to apply the Ebb/acp program to your phone line, or is it that they dont want to so youll have yo keep paying $50 mo. This is by far the WORST boost mobile in the Quad Cities....
