Proud Living Management Update: Aggressive breeds are in the building. Dogs especially large dogs are off the leash and roaming especially at night. If you have smaller breeds or children, please beware. Bebe kids running up and down. Activities in the staircases. Floods in the basement. Lights going in and out. Safety hazards everywhere. There’s no respect for neighbors. I don’t know how management is vetting the people but they need to do better. Neighbors have been complaining but they need to go to management together. Rents are high and have to go through all this is the reason people keep moving out.

This building has been a adventure. When I first moved in, it was quiet and management was ok. Heat has always been a issue. Absolutely ridiculous. Rats, roaches, etc. Dog feces everywhere outside. Large dogs that once weren’t allowed in the building are off the leash in and out the building. Loud music at all times of the night and people arguing. People leave trash in the hallways at night which makes it worst. Management needs to do a better job of monitoring the building. Sergio is the best super they have. The others just put a bandaid on things and keep it moving. It’s no wonder why people move in and out all the time. Think twice before you move there. Not worth...

Everyday I come home I want to leave back out. Home is where you are supposed to come home to so you can relax and unwind from a long day. There is no relaxing .. there is no unwinding.. soon as you walk in your home your greeted by roaches , mouses , sewer smell it don’t matter how clean you keep your apartment this building is infested. Ridiculous high rent for nothing ever to be fixed or handled!! If it’s not the elevator that’s not working it’s the water that’s off or the basement that’s flooded it’s always something but quick to take money for rent or sent out eviction notices when nothing is getting fixed or done… the only person who have brains in here is Sergio it’s like he the only one that really works or cares other than that everyone else I can’t speak for. Tired is not the word the day my family move from here I think I’m going to do a backflip on...

Had to use a different email just to write another review ! I cannot stress this enough DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! if you want roaches crawling on you at night and surprise parties from a party of 7 mice just don’t move here 🤮 I never been so grossed out in my life I never had to go through anything like this in my life !!! Exterminator came ONCE after months and months of complaining!! Wanna take a nice hot shower after work ? Well I hope you like the smell of sewer AND DOOKIE cause that’s what u going to smell FREE OF CHARGE 😪 don’t even have company over if you ready to be embarrassed this is ridiculous the only way this building will ever be clean if they tear it down !! This is no way of living especially if you have kids .. run for the boarder better yet just hang yourselves it’s better than...
