Coach Light Motors Inc — Attraction in East Windsor

Recently I bought this 328i xdrive BMW from this dealership. There’s 3 issues I had. 1.they took 6 days to get me into the car. The salesmen Charlie, honestly didn’t know what he was talking about, when it came to the features the car came with. His attitude towards his job was bad, he didn’t care at all, he’s basically just there for vibes. 2. They told me they cleaned the car. They didn’t. When I took the car home, there was cat and dog hair EVERYWHERE, and dentures fell out of the glove compartment. DENTURES, TEETH. Which tells me they didn’t even bother cleaning anything. 3rd and the biggest issue. I paid for a full servicing. They did exactly 0 servicing and just reset the onboard computer. The oil filter was mangled (photo below) due to them over filling the engine oil and then putting the same oil filter in that at least had 15k miles on it. Due to this my car was running really rough to the point where I thought the engine was knocking. In addition, they said they did brake pads however I just changed the brake pads, and the ones on the car were basically metal on metal contact. Keep in mind I’ve only only this car for 5k miles.

In all. My parents were in the market for upgrades and considered coming to this dealership and after seeing the scam they pulled on my car, they are going nowhere near these people. The dealerships negligence is absolutely insane and I spoke with my lawyer and I can definitely sue for the fake service they charged me for, however I’d rather just tell people what to expect when coming here.

If you’re in the market for a car. This dealership will scam you, expect the salesman Charlie, to know nothing and to not trust a single mechanic in the shop. They did everything they can to get me to trust them, just for them to pull some scam.

I will never stop or shop at this dealership again.

And Charlie between you and me, I know your father owns the dealership but I think you should look into another profession because this one...

Bought a used car here thinking oh good price low miles what could go wrong well let's basically put this into words BUYER BEWARE I asked if this car came from an auction they told me no okay right First off didn't show me the car fax when asked about it got the car financed two days of having it had brake issues went right back they "fixed" it next week had some rain a ton of water got into the headlights headlights stopped working again went back they replaced them okay cool I asked again is something else gonna go wrong because it not even been a full month of having it and I'm already having issues I get the no I'm very honest from the owner red flag no dealership is truly honest 4 weeks later I started smelling something like rotten eggs brought it to them again they told me they didn't smell anything brought it somewhere else they told me my two Catalytic converters were completely shot and I would need two which would be $$$ got a copy of the paperwork brought it to them they told me i couldn't go through another person to get it looked at and they wouldn't Honor the parts again BUYER BEWARE THESE ARE ALL...

We saw a car on the website, asked about a test drive! Jimmy replied saying they close at 4 when their website said 5:30. We explained we were coming down from Massachusetts! So,on Saturday, we drive down to look at the car, wanting to purchase it. When we got there, office was closed! There was a number to call and or text, we did both, and Jimmy never replied. As we were standing there waiting for a reply a female came to look at a car. She called the number and he answered her call! She asked if he was coming back and he said no. This is at 2:30 when they say there are open till 4. So, the woman had him on speaker and we stated that we drove down to purchase this car. He said it's already sold! So from Friday at 3:00 to today when they weren't open, they sold it. Very piss poor business sense! I'm surprised they are still in business.
