Went this last Sunday 8/17/25 when they first opened at 10 am. Sign the waiver PRIOR to going in. It goes by the adult’s last name. You can add multiple children per form.
We get there, pay the $10+ change. Take off the feral 4 year old gremlin’s shoes & he goes wild. → There is a little ninja course that my son could go on. He even made it up the smaller of the warped walls! → There are little pews with foam balls in the middle of the playground with targets that is a grand ole time. → There is a dress up area for imaginary play.
≫ The workers? Exceptional with children. My golly, they have the patience of saints. Like do y'all babysit? ≫ They sanitize before every hour. ≫ We got a pretzel (extra cheese), a sodie pop, + a slushie & had no complaints.
◎ The noise? You can hardly hear it unless you are inside the actual playground area. The adult area, could easily read my Kindle if I wasn’t hyper vigilant.
The entire thing was delightful. In my opinion, Eau Claire has always been superior to LaCrosse & this is just another example of such.
Areas to improve: Do I believe that it is a parent’s responsibility to monitor their children & ensure they do not get lost or taken? Yes. However, if you have one - you know they’re gremlins. You know they are fast little ninjas that are sneaky. The door? Maybe a wristband that unlocks with it (that only adults get), a button out of reach of an “average” child below 12 (age limit), or even a security guard at the door. Again - it comes back to security - walking in & out. People could walk in & out. The rules stated that once you left you were done. Adult or child - however, that was not always the case. Again, hi 👋🏼 I am hyper vigilant; & people were easily able to walk in or out without detection. → This cannot be blamed on the staff - they cannot be forced to see it all when they are responsible for their cash registers. ← Minor? Maybe - but that is how my brain works, & if you ‘see something,...
Read moreWe brought the grandkids (1.5 & 3yo) here on Friday and we really enjoyed the activities in the designated toddler area for 3 and under. They really enjoyed the ball pit and slides and the soft climbing units.
However on this day there were way too many children over 3 in these spaces that dominated the activities. I became very concerned when the older kids were sliding into the ball pit knocking over smaller kids. I think there may need to be some closer monitoring of ages in this space.
Also in the adjacent “village themed” space there is a heavy metal “gas pump” where the hose got tangled up on the rear wheel of a trike rider pulling and tipping it over onto my leg --thankfully not some child. That is a dangerous prop and should be removed.
Overall, the kids had a great time and we will bring them back. Thanks for bringing this...
Read moreCurrently sitting here while I write this review because this places is chefs kiss amazing. I have 3 kiddos 6m, 3, and 5. The 3 & 5 year old having been running, climbing, and being wild in the play structure for 2.5 hours with no end in sight. I have had to bribe them to come out and use the bathroom with capri suns from the reasonably priced food stand. My only tiny wish is that there was a bit more for little no walkers to do in the toddler area. Maybe some textured blocks or sensory mats to play with but besides that worth every penny. From safety stand point parents can fit in the play structure but also keep eyes on kids from multiple angles, one entry and exit point, clean...
