Definitely one of the main stores I go to for organic processed foods like ketchup, noodles, Ezekiel bread, sugar, etc, as they have a lot of variety and their prices are decent as far as health food goes. Menomonie food coop (just local foods) has the best options for fresh produce that's organic, and their dairy is a little cheaper than festival, so they are my main go to store for this side of healthy food. But they tend to be pricer with the packaged/processed health foods, festival is a bit cheaper in this department and festival definitely has more of a selection to choose from in this category. So, I get the best of both worlds and use both as my main places to shop!

Stopped at this store in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to stock up on Spotted Cow beer. They only sale this brand in Wisconsin. The night before I was going to buy this beer at a convenient store. It was double the price than liquor stores. Googled nearest grocery and liquor store, plugged in my GPS and headed to this store. Friendly and helpful staff. Covid protocol in place.

Clean clean store..Great bakery..Ham special on Sunday mornings with free hard buns. Fresh fish selection is where we usually get our salmon and scallops. Now offering gas discount program with purchases that help with budget dollars. 8/5/2022 Noticed they have a Heros Cafe by the store Caribou that offers coffee & donuts for Free to Veterans...a great service. My grocery experience was positive, the store had everything I needed at comparable prices to nearby grocers, but the tasteless reviews on here make me ill. Very obvious some of these reviewers have never, and likely could never survive working retail.

You have to love customers that don't understand this, similarly to other grocery stores in town, is understaffed and the folks working there are doing their best with what is available to them. To take pictures and force employees to 'honor' an obvious mistake is not only distasteful, but disheartening as well. In what world has Mountain Dew ever been .98 cents a 12 pack? Use your head, and read the actual paper ad located at the front of the store.

And about the lack of masks? Perhaps instead of complaining on social media about a policy this and other corporate stores in the area have no control over, you would leave the building and use Instacart or their available Click N' Go service and stay self-isolated. The employees aren't to blame for their lack of social distancing requirements they no longer have to honor. These stores have grocery pick up for a reason.

Give me a break, if you're not willing to pay full price for the equivalent of diabetic sugar water, perhaps you should quit drinking soda...

I've been shopping here pretty exclusively for a couple of years now. Store is always clean; the deli, grocery, and bakery have a great selection; the organic section is great, especially the bins of nuts and snack mixes.

I usually come in late at night since I work 2nd shift, and even the night staff is always friendly and conscious of customers working around them while stocking or cleaning. It's great to hear the stockers chatting and joking while they work; having worked retail and still working in customer service, it's nice to know I'm shopping somewhere the employees aren't miserable. Plus, it's a regional chain and from what I understand the employees get decent wages and benefits.

There are a few things I can't find here easily (niche international foods mostly, like very specific Hispanic foods for my two Hispanic roommates), but those can be gotten rather easily at Woodmans or Misma Luna. Otherwise, I can usually find everything I need. Glad to hear they bought out some Gordy's on the north side; we're going to be moving in the next few months and not wanting to drive across town to Festival was a...

Stoped there after work and was in a bit of a russ and I accidentally left my wallet in the shopping cart as I was loading my groceries in the car. Luckily it was late at night and thankfully I was able to retrieve it but I live 30 minutes away so the round trip took me an hour so I thought I would call the store and see if they could go out fetch my wallet out of the shopping cart because I could tell them exactly where it was but I couldn't seem to get anyone interested in helping me to go out there and do this for me or to find one of their cart chasers to go and do it. Very disappointed with the help. Luckily my daughter only lives a couple minutes away and I was able to get a hold of her and she gladly went down there. Retrieved it and then we met in the parking lot and we talked about our future at spending our money at festival foods. I may drive the extra 5 minutes from now on and go to Woodman's. Also on a side note, I just gotten paid and there was a lot of money in my wallet. Very happy that I was able to...
