ALDI — Attraction in Edgewater

Aldi now has an order online and pick up at store option. I think this is just absolutely amazing as I know people get real busy and don't have the time to get to the store and walk around themselves to get everything they need. This becomes useful to those who are unable to walk around at all as well. They can send the link to whomever to pick up the items they need, so they don't even ever have to leave their house to get what they want. Aldi is one place I do love to go inside and shop at, they don't have outrageous pricing for all natural foods, or anything really they have stocked in this store. All of the employees seem very happy here, it doesn't matter what time of day I go here the staff just always seems super happy to be there working and are eager to help with what ever you may need. Some employees also ask if you need help taking the groceries out to your car!! This place is just all around wonderful and I am glad we got one closer to my house so I don't have to travel as far from home to get...

Usually I love Aldi's, but Patricia was extremely rude to me upon checking out. As she casually swiped my groceries she kept telling me to swipe my credit card anytime before she was done ringing in my groceries, then when I replied I was waiting for the total she said she would give me a total. My husband replied I was probably waiting for the total to figure out what card to put it on. She replied that we were being timed and I could swipe my card anytime and she would give me a total. I replied I was waiting for the total to see if I was going to pay part cash. She said sarcastically yeah, who cares about times? ...Wait? What? What business is that of mine? All I know is I shouldn't be made to feel bad for wanting to know my total before deciding on form of payment. I will definitely go back as I love Aldi's and they are so close, but really Patricia keep your problems to yourself, and maybe try smiling even if it is fake, that is what customer service...

I absolutely love shopping here! I drive all the way from Port Orange because ours isn't open yet. However I may not come back to this store. Your cashier today Mary Jane was absolutely rude! She kept ringing up my groceries and throwing them all on top of each other (hard cans on top of soft items, almost put an entire pack of Seltzer's on top of my soft foods, I was very upset. I told her to slow down and stop she was crushing my food! Also why didn't she grab a new cart like they do in New Smyrna?I had to completely wait to unfill my cart which was $250 worth of groceries that I work...
