On paper this place is great...lowest prices around and open 7 days a week. Truth be told my nails always look beautiful and hold up for weeks. I can deal with unfriendly technicians but there’s a difference between that and downright rude. The owner knows nothing about how to run a business and doesn’t understand that just because she personally has not done my nails and I am not her regular client I am STILL her customer and she should value my business. When my regular technician was not in and I planned to use whoever was available, she told me to go home, after I had been waiting for forty minutes, and come back later. When I said I was going away the next day and didn’t mind waiting, she started YELLING about me to her client, saying that if she’s not good enough to do my nails any other day she has the right to refuse to do them. She went on to say that she only makes $6 (or was it $3) off me when someone else does my nails, thus implying I am not a valued customer. When my regular tech did arrive and do my nails, she continued to rant and rave about me loud enough for the whole salon to hear. I should have walked out but it’s not my style to make a scene. Based on the rapidly declining reviews, I expect they’ll be out of business...
Read moreMy friend and I walked into this place on a Monday around 3pm for 2 pedicures. Aside from the 2 people already in the pedicure chairs, this place was completely empty. There was only one other car in the parking lot, so no one else was waiting to be serviced. One of the employees asked what we needed and we responded with 2 pedicures and we were told they didn't have time. I asked if they were closing because no one else was there and I didn't understand why she would ask what we needed if they didn't have time to do anything. She didn't say there would be a wait time or to come back in an hour or anything like that. She just said "no not closing but we dont have time". Mind you, it is 3pm on a Monday and there is only 2 people inside so I'm confused. So we left without incident but I really get the feeling that they just did not want to service us. I've been going to nail salons for over 20 years and I've never been told they don't have time unless its packed out. Even in this case, they would tell me to come back at a later time or date. Read moreAfter she double charged my credit card, I went to try to get it corrected. She was belligerent and rude, and said she never makes mistakes. She told me it was not her problem (??) and to call my bank. I tried to tell her I already did that, and it was the merchant who charged me twice, so they had to fix it. I was not upset about the double charge, as mistakes happen. However, she insisted she does not make mistakes and it's not her problem. After she took the time to look again, she realized she DID double charge me, but offered no apology. She said she would offer me a gift certificate or refund, but then proceeded to say no gift certificate because I may turn around and steal the gc and still insist on a refund!!!
