We decided to actually dine here and gave a fair review, after hearing contradictory opinions about this new restaurant. Very important to know - this is NOT a dimsum restaurant. They do have some dimsum items on the menu, and the absolutely best, even better than my favorite Canton Palace, is 流沙包 the steamed duck egg york custard buns. Come here for their stir fry dishes! We tried a Cantonese style dish, stir fry wide rice noodles with beef in gravy. It was delicious, not salty, fresh and flavorful, and we finished all of it! We also tried one of their Sichuan/Hunan dish, the organic cauliflower, and we loved it! Still, not salty but very flavorful. All their entrees come with rice. I noticed the daisy tea we ordered had a very mild scent of Chinese medicine, and the waitress told me they put not only baby daisy, but also liquorice 甘草. The service was very good. Our waitress was very attentive and very nice. We did not like the tripes, and she returned the dish to the kitchen and took out the charge. We will come back with more colleagues and friends to try more of their entrees. Overall, good restaurant, good food, and good service. Come here for a quick bite of lunch or dinner, or a dinner party with friends.

Definitely worth a try. Imo, when you go to a traditional Chinese/cantonese restaurant, you need to have appropriate expectations. I see earlier reviews about the dim sum not being good. I agree that this is NOT a dim sum place lol. This restaurant does your traditional Cantonese banquet food very well. The stir fried clams in black bean sauce, fried lychee balls, steamed fresh fish with scallions and soy sauce, fried soy milk, fried pumpkin balls with coconut sago filling, and fish maw soup with red vinegar are must-haves. Also must try the oyster pancake. I will also note that the food this visit is much better than during my first visit. They are new and clearly improving their food.

Menu is like any midtown dim sum style restaurant, prices are higher than typical, atmosphere is a mix of dance club and kitchen cabinet wholesales. Service has a good attitude but is inexperienced and doesn't know the menu. Karaoke rooms are super old school and fun, but so strange in the context of the restaurant, almost like a separate club. Bring an open mind and low standards and you might enjoy a visit. Otherwise wait for whatever will replace this restaurant in 6 months.

We had my mother’s 80th birthday party here and had a wonderful time! The restaurant is nicely decorated: an elegant Chinese theme with a modern touch. The wait staff were very attentive and accommodated to all our needs even when we were doing the decoration. Party food portion is huge. We had so much left over! The owner even came out to greet us and made sure everything is good. The Karaoke room finished the celebration with a high note! Mom was so happy and we’re dancing...
