Frank's Jewelers — Attraction in Egg Harbor Township

I have to start by saying Frank is an amazing person. He is kind, honest and provides the best customer service. My husband Navi and I bought our band and setting from Frank and we were very happy with not only the service but Frank himself! We love going to the store to see Frank because he’s so pleasant. I would recommend anyone to buy their rings and diamonds from him. Do NOT buy from big chain stores.. HORRIBLE they rip you off!!!!

Recently we moved to Portland and one of my little diamonds fell out from my wedding band. I emailed Frank and told him what happened, he immediately sent over 2 little diamonds for my band so that they could be replaced here in Portland. I wasn’t expecting him to send them over because I didn’t ask him to do that. He didn’t even ask for a penny! Now that’s GOOD customer service.

Every time I have crossed paths with Frank, from age 17 working near his old location to now 36…he is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. Honestly he’s a gem (no pun intended) to this industry. He truly cares about his customers, every offer is fair, and reasonable when selling. Stopped by to sell my mothers diamond engagement ring, as advertised Frank purchases jewelry and gold. The two women working there were very friendly and professional. I was able to sit right with Frank as he inspected my ring. Frank talked with me and shared his thoughts and grading. We had good conversation and I felt he was very honest and sincere. He offered me what I thought was a very fair offer and I happily accepted. It took very little time from start to finish to leave with some extra cash.
