Great Wall II — Restaurant in Egg Harbor Township

First a child answers the phone, she/he mistakes my credit card number and charged me incorrectly 3 different times which was frustrating that a 10 year old is answering the phone. After the food was delievered after 40 mins I look at my receipt and what do u know overcharged $11 so the delievery man was very nice and called the kid child and then come to find out it was a 11 year old boy and then passed the phone to his older sister who corrected the credit card mistake. So after that hassle we open the food and was in shock. The general chicken color was so odd it literally was not the normal orange color I didn't even eat the chicken. The rice was cold and it seemed like it was made from the day before, because have you ever ate left over Chinese and microwaved the pork fried rice and some pieces are hard? Nevertheless I know the rice was not made fresh. It was HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVERRRRRR they should actually just shut down its some disgusting ass Chinese food. There's better places like Mr Wonton in northfield the best Chinese food around here I think is by the pawn shop in plesantville. There is no option for zero or negative stars so one will have to do..I did order from here constantly. NEVER will again! First off they don't ever give fortune cookies. I literally have to ask every single time if I want them and God forbid I don't specifically ask the Chinese food restaurant for the free fortune cookies that are supposed to come with the order. Then after paying extra for white meat chicken the chicken was hard and inedible. Lastly the "crispy cheese wontons" we're cold and soggy! This restaurant is the worst in Egg Harbor Twp they have children taking orders over the phone. This was my third and last time ordering from this establishment. The food is not great, no napkins in the bag, no plate in which I reminded them to please put in the bag. I called back and asked to speak with an adult and she stated very rudely that I always complain. I informed her that I am spending my money and have the right to getting exactly what I ordered.
