Harbor Freight — Local services in Egg Harbor Township

I recently had a frustrating experience at Harbor Freight. While loading a purchased item into my car, an employee insisted on helping, even after I politely declined multiple times. This was already annoying, but things got worse when the manager got involved. Instead of respecting my choice, the manager was rude and continued to pressure me into accepting help I clearly didn't want. Their dismissive attitude was unprofessional and made the whole situation even more uncomfortable.

I come to Harbor Freight once a year and always visit this specific location. Unfortunately, I consistently have bad interactions with the woman manager. Every time I visit, she is either rude or dismissive, making the shopping experience unpleasant. It's disappointing to have this kind of interaction each time, and it makes me reconsider returning to this store in the future.

I appreciate good customer service, but it should come with respect for the customer's wishes. This experience left me feeling disrespected and annoyed. I hope Harbor Freight takes this feedback seriously and trains its staff, especially management, to be more considerate and respectful of customer...

There are some decent finds here but the selection in each section is small and limited. For instance, I went for Dremel accessories thinking it's a tool store, their selection would be awesome. JUST the opposite. I wouldn't even term it a selection. Honestly it was a joke. My next quest was to find their "selection" of scroll saws. Selection???? What a joke! One, count it, one! An antiquated model selling for $100 that the same $100 allows quite an extensive selection on Amazon. It truly amazes me when these brick and mortar stores wonder why Amazon is putting them all out of business. It used to be you sent brick and mortar because you needed it, whatever it might be in a hurry. But guess what you can get whatever you need within 2 days from Amazon, have 5 to 10 times the selection and almost 100 percent of the time 5 to 10 times better price. Harbor Freight should close too and just sell their rinky dink...

So I went after Black Friday but still had coupons that were extended I was interested in getting one of those portable car garages with the coupon for 179 dollars I had emptied my car So I asked and the man said I you need a truck I go home and with in an hour send my friend with a truck Money and the on line coupon To go buy one He says O they were out of them and not getting anymore Wait What I was there just an hour ago. You mean the idiot that told me it wouldn't fit in my car Couldn't tell me they were out Apparently they must take up a lot of room in storage So it would be noticable if they were out Would have been nice to inform me then.
