I have been coming here since I was a kid and now I’m bringing my granddaughter here. The price is fair at $32.95 a ticket and you can stay the entire time they are open. We bought tickets for the first day of the Christmas light event and the tickets said it was from 1-closing with Santa turning on the lights at 5:00. We got there on time to find a huge line and a sign saying they would not open until 2:00. It was a very chilly day so the wait was not very enjoyable. The security guard blamed the printer and said it wasn’t their fault.
Other than that we had a very enjoyable visit. Our granddaughter is 2 so there were some rides that she was too small for. However, there was plenty for her to do. We spent about 5 hours in the park. On out way out we went to the gift shop and everything was super expensive.
We stopped at customer service to inquire about season passes for next season and they would not allow us to put our ticket prices towards the passes like many other places let you do.
In regards to the accessibility of the park, they do a great job. I get around using an electric scooter. They have scooters there for customers to use. I was able to easily get around the park, get in and out of the cafe, and get in and out of the bathroom. Of the bathrooms that are there, there was one that was handicap and/or family accessible. I backtracked to that bathroom every time I needed one. In that same area they had lockers for people to use. It is very difficult to find a place where my lack of mobility impedes the fun of our day, this place did not. It was really nice to get around and not worry about my limits.
There were a few places to get snacks and food. They were expensive and the food was average. My only complaint was the hot chocolate was super watery. There is also a pavilion with picnic tables where you can bring a packed meal.
We had a great time and will take her back as she gets bigger and the seasons change. This really is a place that has stood the test of time and will keep families coming generation...

I visited "Storybook Land" with my mother, and 5-year old nephew on a Saturday afternoon. It cost $104.97 for three PreSeason discount tickets. We drove almost two hours from Newark to Egg Harbor Township because we heard great things about this place. It's known for having a fairytale-themed park with lots of creative statues and interactive sets that represent popular fables like "Mother Goose" and "Goldilocks and The Three Bears."
The location is smaller than most parks I've been to, which is good for little kids who want to run to every ride. In a span of two hours, my family and I got on everything minus a couple attractions. There is ample parking for cars, and the entrance is bold with its large sign and white and red castle. The park played Disney music, which was soo cute! I remember hearing soundtracks from Mulan, Cinderella, and The Little Mermaid.
None of the rides felt too scary for kids, even the roller coasters weren't extreme. There's also rides where kids can feel like they're driving a car, and a train that shows you the entire park. My favorite ride was "Bubbles the Coaster" and "The Rockin' Tug."
The only issue with this park are the food selections. The lunch that my family had here wasn't good- at least from the cafe right next to the exit/gift shop; everything from the cheeseburger, french fries, and cookies tasted stale and more on the cold side than the hot side. I wouldn't recommend ordering food here, but everything else was great.
I don't think I'll visit again only because it's so far from where I live, but this was a good one-time experience that I was able to have with my family. If you're in the area, I would encourage you to stop by and feel like you're in a...
Read moreABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tickets were bought over the summer that state in the terms can be used at ANY time. These tickets were then not honored for Christmas and were told “it’s a special event and we changed our policy”. We stated that these tickets were purchased prior to that policy change and since it wasn’t in the terms of agreement, they needed to be honored. Tickets purchased AFTER the terms were changed are the only ones that should apply. They were very rude and nasty and refused to honor their tickets. We were going with a group of 14 PEOPLE and we do it every year and multiple times over the summer. My sister in law called to ask that since it was during the week and not sold out if they could reconsider as the whole family always goes together. THEY HUNG UP ON HER! That’s no way to treat loyal customers, especially on Christmas. Way to ruin 2 little kids night the week before Christmas and you just lost a very large group of people’s loyal business for now on. Scrooge.
Adding to this review as I cannot reply to the response they give. The tickets DID NOT have an expiration date on them for October and DID NOT say not good for special events. My sister in law even READ OUT LOUD what her terms and conditions said and your employee said you have since changed your policy. She stated that hers were bought prior to the change so there should be an exception because he tickets for have exemptions on them. It was a Thursday, no one was there, the parking lot was only a quarter full, you weren’t sold out, it’s wasn’t a weekend. Honestly ridiculous. Especially to hang up...
