I used to be a loyal customer of this newly opened halal meat shop. For the first few months, their service was excellent prices were fair, they cleaned and cut meat as requested, and the staff was polite. However, over time, their attitude has completely changed. Now, they refuse to cut meat unless you buy large quantities, claiming they 'only make $12 profit on 12 lbs of lamb' and don’t care if customers leave. What I experienced last Sunday was shocking. Their dismissive and unprofessional behavior shows they no longer value customer loyalty. A good business doesn’t take advantage of polite customers by cutting corners and refusing reasonable requests.
