FURNITURTE AND MATTRESS WREHOUSE was the best experience I have ever had while shopping for a mattress. It was finally time to find a new mattress, and after two friends recommended this store, we came here first. We didn't have to go anywhere else.

We were welcomed by MR. JUAN M. , who asked what we were looking for and also about our sleeping habits. He gave us a couple of **great pillows to use, and started to show us a few mattresses. There was no rush at all, we took our time trying each mattress, and MR. JUAN knew extensively about each one. It took a while, but we narrowed it down to one, and then tried different levels of firmness to pick the best one for ME.

Also spent time with us and explained more about the system. We ended up buying The DreamCloud Hybrid Mattress with a Zero Gravity adjustable base. We've been sleeping on it for about two months, and are very happy with it. I no longer wake up with any shoulder pain, and my husband is sleeping better as well. The adjustable base it wonderful!

the furniture is a good price comparative, but the service is terrible. the lady called Gloria works there, she is pretending not to be mexican but she is . 2 time i went there, I was the only person walking in the store, so its not a busy place, she is most of the time on laptop, yet i was on hold for hours when i called for f/u of wrong delivery to my house. I bought furniture from the store she forgot to f/u on the order one week later i called her she would not even ackonwledge her fault tells me it's my job to call her warehouse and f/u on the items. she made mistakes X 2 she put the wrong code for the furniture . the furniture is coded i have no access to codes yet its my fault and responsiblity to follow up . she is terrible and the furniture store will give you a good price but dont expect to get what you saw or deliver the time you were told. If you were promise the service like hanging painting well, never expect really whatever...

🌟 Research before you go to this furniture store, I purchased around $15K furniture from this store, All items I received were defective, and some items arrived after months. Gloria kept telling me sweet lies because of the dining table that I received was defective,she was kept telling me table top is coming from China and they shipped the table top by ship 🚢 and it's on its way, after couple of months she said your table top passed the manufacturer's warranty we can't exchange😳 anyway I think they don't have return and refund option which I asked for a refund, but Gloria forced me to wait months to receive an exchange,and nothing happened. After all these craps and calling mostly all their stores in San Diego, I referred to call Mike, when I shared the situation with him ,then he scheduled the exchange, thanks Mike but I don't recommend Gloria at all. Before you pay money ask them to bring everything packed in boxes NOT defective...
