El Mirage City Court — Attraction in El Mirage

I wish I would have got the name of the person I spoke with on the phone. I saw him earlier when I was in the office. ( he wasn't working the window at the time )He's an African American He was extremely helpful I believe he's a manager there. He is informative and like I said helpful. In person when I was there the staff at the actual window is initially nice. As long as you don't ask questions. If your someone that is experienced in the court system. Specifically the city el Mirage. Then you'll be fine. But if your an average citizen and need help or have a few questions, they don't seem to like it. There job can be difficult im sure they get angry people. But I was very polite and soft spoken when asking my questions to better understand my legal my options. And the young female upfront with the long dark hair was very dismissive. And annoyed and just kept repeating her original answer that I clearly have a question about. And she would just repeat the original answer back to me. She was clearly annoyed that she had to listen or answer my questions which were not asked in a demanding fashion, And there was no line. It was 8:20 in the morning. The place was empty and somehow I was keeping her from something. Do not expect them to take time and explain things to you or have your questions welcomed. I swear I think judge Morgan be Monte Morgan. is out to get me. I was served in a very unprofessional manner in a parking lot at Dark Night by myself in my car not even at my home so I complained and now I was sent to court I disputed that I was not the driver yet my license was suspended before I even knew and then my fine went up so I'm not sure where the Justice is but I'm trying to find someone that can really help me because this was not okay. This is really deeper than the surface of my review but it is not okay and to have my license suspended before my dispute is even reviewed is really not Justice the city of El Mirage wants money but you are going after the wrong people. I did write to anyone who would hear my complaint and my voice whether it goes anywhere or not I need to advocate for myself that includes contacting the NAACP. If it was a clerk and not the judge then they need to communicate better it is not okay. My license is suspended I'm traumatized by the encounter with the white person that served me my summons in the dark night by myself and now I have to pay extra and have no clue why I just don't agree that we should treat people like this because we have a title and a robe and Authority it...

I received a ticket from one of their cameras while a family member was borrowing my car while theirs was down. Apparently there is no due diligence on their end or they would have seen the difference between a 200 lb white guy with a beard vs. A 280 lb. Clean shaven Mexican. Either way, I had to go down to the courts to clear it which I did because it obviously wasn't me and you are guilty until proven innocent here. Fast forward a few months, my insurance premium renews and doubles...i find out the ticket is still on my record.
