I disliked my experience here heavily, simply because I one day would want some business like this in my rental ambitions I feel this “GABINOS PARTY RENTALS”, is doing a terrible job and I was treated very poorly I was waiting at front desk with staff just staring at me. Really rude people as-well, the business owner or manager was also present in the back room, he was cool but it confused me because he literally had people walk in and walk out while I was there because they disliked the fact that they wouldn’t be attended right away when there’s no line. There were at-least 3 people available to help at the front desk but they were just staring. I was very excited to visit this location, when I found out about it. Customer service is very disappointing. Both young ladies at the counter are not customer service oriented. Infact when you ask questions about a Product they both look at you as if you were crazy or a weird customer asking too many questions giving you weird looks. Being anew femaleto the business industry we always have questions a nd this type of attitude does not help at all. I am planning to go back, let's hope for a better experience this time. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I’ve been coming here for years and been a loyal costumer, but for the fast few times I’ve been coming it’s been the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. When I arrived I was one of the first costumers of the day and I just asked for a simple order but since the employees were in a mood they ignored it and I waited for 2hrs for my order.
