As a customer and a business owner, I was appalled by the inhumane treatment and misinformation given to me by Milo at this location today. I was told that it is company policy for T-mobile to not allow me to charge my phone. I asked to see that policy in writing b/c I have charged at Tmobile before, and then he/she said that it was the store policy b/c of the frequent homeless people issue. I stated that I was clearly shopping and not homeless. I was lost and needed the map on my phone so I needed to charge my phone while shopping so that I could find my way to the freewway. In my time of distress, I was given no empathy but rather a poor attitude. They then unplugged my phone. (You should never touch a persons property.) As stated, I was shopping for a quick charging port for my car! Outrageous! I was so offput that I decided I would return the charger at a later date. When asked the return policy he/she lied again, stating that I could not return merchandise but only exhange. Since I can READ, I read the receipt which states that returns can be made within 14 days. Surely, I will be back to return item and purchase from a store with better customer service and workers with common sense on how to treat customers. Instead of them lecturing me on how to be a good customer, I hope that this young person learns resepct, empathy and just general human decency. Read moreI went in to get a agrade,since I needed a new phone ,I found one and the girl said it would be no more than 90 $ total,I agreed so she got the phone to set it up,another customer came in the store and said I'm going to let my coworker help finish the set up ,since another customer had walked in,I said ok ,about about 20 minutes later ,the guy that was helping me said ok your phone is ready ,he said a screen protector and case for me to pick out what I wanted,I asked if was free and he said yes,so I picked the case color I wanted and then as another 15 minutes went by he said you can pay now he said it came to $230.00,I said what my up grade was only 90$ then he tells me all the feed and taxes came up to over 200.00$, I said no and said the lady I talked to first said no more than 80 or 90 dollars,I looked and said I can't pay that so then he said 136.00,I said no that is way to much,then he said the case is 62 dollars and said I will give it to you for 36 dollars,then he said ok I will give you the phone for 106.00,then tells me no case or cover was included,then the other worker said how do I do it ,you will have to teach me,like she thought it was funny to mistreat people like I was a idiot ,they both thought it was funny to over charge me ,I got my phone and walked out feeling angry and wondering how they could have a job ,I hope they...
