The Upgrade Barbershop — Attraction in El Monte

Would give a ZERO if possible! No greeting when I walked in. Took a seat and there was 1 barber in the shop and 1 guy in the chair. Waited patiently. A 2nd barber comes in and takes the next guy that walks in the front door. I said nothing. A 3rd barber comes in, sets up and then walks to the back...comes back shortly with a customer from the back door and sits him in the chair. No one said a word to me or even acknowledged my presence. Must be since I'm a white guy over 50, I don't get service from the young Latinos that work there! Very unprofessional and they definitely named the place incorrectly. This place is a definite DOWNGRADE!!! I gave my cash to another barber shop that treats it's customers with respect instead of just hooking up...

I’ve grown up around the area and have been a long time customer to a few barbershops until I get fed up with barbers messing up my haircut. I know that frustration.
