Not only a great embroidery shop, but the way Alejandra does her business is exemplary! From the very beginning, the moment I saw and messaged them on google maps, she responded right away! I was afraid they wouldn't be interested in handling our order as we only had a few sweaters and hoodies that needed logos and then we were going to get a few hats/caps and add logos and I know they do big bulk orders from companies. To my surprise she entertained us and was really willing to help! she was not about selling us stuff or making money off of apparels, she even ordered the caps for us directly from her supplier so we can save some money! She clearly just wanted to help and provide us with the wonderful service that they provide, which they did, and excellently at that! A true and honest human being that world needs more of! I got my scrub tops and towels embroidered with Dysan, and they are perfect! Alex responded immediately and had the best prices in the San Gabriel Valley! She was meticulous, and made sure the font and sizing was to my liking by printing out a sample.
