I purchased a 2011 iMac from this store.

It was preloaded with illegally pirated software and a bunch of other insecure junk.

I figured, “ok, whatever, I’ll just wipe the hard drive and reinstall the OS and I’ll be good to go.”

Wrong.

This was one sick puppy.

This “Hackintosh” took four days to wipe and reset, and then I had the pleasant surprise of finding out why they had worked so hard to suppress the original operating system.

This computer was stolen. There is a constant pop up that says the computer will be configured by Rowland Heights School District, which only happens when a computer is purchased specifically for a school district and is removed without authorization. In other words, stolen. This is not something that people just forget to do.

When you shop here, you should be prepared to become a felon. Because that’s how serious of a crime receiving stolen property is. This store is putting their customers at risk for $250.

The computer may be cheap, but you could be paying for it for the rest of your life.

I tried to return the computer. I contacted them many times. They’ve ignored all my messages. Only shop here if you’re willing to risk everything for...

So i called 2 different places for a quote on my gaming laptop, my fans were extremely loud, especially when i played league of legends, my setup is an asus ryzen with the 3060 graphics card I've had for a little over a year, so the first shop quoted me $300 to clan out the fans to thermal paste my processor and to liquid metal my Gpu oh and it would take 1 week, second shop quoted me $275 wow i guess this was the going rate, i called Komputer Kreationz and Jose quoted me $160 same day i thought maybe he had made a mistake so i drove to his shop he opened up the laptop in front of me and explained the process, and yes he was correct with the price i was like wow i didn't say anything about me getting other quotes, he started my repair took about 30 minutes and ready i tried it out everything ran smooth i then told him about the other quotes and he said a lot of times they either don't know or don't want to do the jib or they just want to try to pay there rent all in 1 shot ( LOL) i was laughing Honest dude super smart I will keep coming back hey...

Wendy and her husband are very friendly, knowledgeable and very honest. I have no knowledge about technology and I being there twice. They gave me great service. First time my baby had pressed a key that the owner explained to me that when the light was on I would not be able to get wi-fi. He did not want to charge me or take any payment for at least a coffee. I had called other place and the person said the wi-fi application was not in the computer system and he had to added to the computer for $80 and for labor $50. The just didn't sound right. I have being to places with free wi-fi and never in the past remember putting any wi-fi application. It just show at the right button of my screen. I just thought it came with the computer so I called tgis place and I cas told to bring it so he could take a look at it. The owner just looked at it for a second and told me what the issue was....
