To the gentleman that recommended I plant dill with my cucumber plants, you are a GENIUS! My cucumber plants have been so sad and not growing much. I stopped in to MP a couple weeks ago to pick up some various seeds (that’s when he made the recommendation) and surrrre enough I have a few MORE cucumber sprouts coming out and they’re all growing MUCH quicker and bigger than prior to adding the dill. This was the first public library I was taken to. I was in grade school, mid-1960s, and we had been using the Ft Bliss library, which did not have a big children's section. Memorial Park branch had ALL the Nancy Drews, and many many more books for girls my age. I thought I'd gone to heaven.
