I never had issues or complains before until today, I've been getting blended boba milk teas from here for over a year, because I like the flavor and portions (even though the establishment is far away from my house), but today I just got told the flavor I picked can't be blended... then I changed flavor and same thing, it can't be blended. So my thing is, why if both flavors are under the boba tea category on the online menu along with the blended option for both flavors, they can't make it blended? So it means if I place an order online and pay for it, they won't do it and I would be getting the opposite of what I paid for? To me sounds like the person didn't want to struggle making the blended version of the flavors. Also got told the brown sugar is a premade powder, and it can't be done blended, so you're telling me you aren't going to mix the powder with liquid and put it over ice? Such rude customer service, we went in yesterday the lady was on her phone from the second we walked in to taking our order, which i wouldn't have even complained but she was so rude, like how are you at work mad that a customer walked in....(they hours before they close so that couldn't be the issue) like you chose that job, and you get payed to do that job. would like to say the drink was mid 5/10 maybe because she didn’t want to help us in the first place and i wouldn't have even wrote this review but as someone who went to this boba shop for the first time since they had great reviews i was very disappointed with how we were treated. would also like to clarify we didn’t even talk to the cashier she gave us a stank face couple of times like maybe she was having a bad day but even when we told her hi or thank you she gave us a bad face. By far the very best boba place in town. Everyone is so friendly and the boba is FANTASTIC! The establishment has such a whimsical vibe and it is so reasonably priced. And you get a stamp card for every drink you buy not every visit. After the 5th one you get an XL boba free! I currently have Covid and placed an online order and asked if they could leave my drink outside so that I didn’t have to have any face to face interactions.
