Not good for young adults or people who enjoy fun Friends really make the experience. I brought two of my friends to the park and we at first had a really great time, we were jumping, having fun, and all in all enjoying each others company. Then it took a weird and kind of experience ruining turn of events unfolded. First we got on the dodgeball section, were there were no people so we could throw them at eachother. After a bit, a group of young boys jumped on and started throwing balls at my party. Awesome! Fun for the whole family, we were having a good time, while understanding not to throw it too hard at them, despite them dunking on our heads😂. This is where it gets odd. A larger unattended child then came up on my friend and started pelting balls at him. Then she turned her attention on my other friend (both boys) and ran up and kicked and pelted him. All in good fun, no-one in my party reciprocated the barrage, we took it as a joke and continued jumping and tossing them lightly back. We felt eyes on us. An older woman who had a herd of teenage girls who were not on the field then started angrily pointing and complaining about us. The staff walked over and told us “the mother complained you were too rough, maybe tone it down a bit” (while the group of young boys are actively jumping my friend with balls in the background) Alright, understandable i guess, we started throwing underhand and dodging mostly. The woman goes back up to the staff and got more aggressive. Then about 30 seconds later, the staff then came to us and told us that the “woman is still complaining about us. Maybe take a break and get off”. So we got off, the group of boys followed and so did the unattended little girl. The rest of the time; the staff stared at us and kept within close range, making us feel like we were doing something wrong by being there. We eventually got our groove back and went to go on something else, only to find most of the activities were filled with people misusing the equipment (using the sword things to hit people on the obstacle course with staff right next to it) so eventually we just sat down, got something to drink, and waited for our time to expire. If i were alone i would have left immediately but my friends made the time better. I hope I don’t become so miserable i have to complain about people enjoying their time that they paid like 60 bucks for. #itsatrampolineparknotapillowfort...
Read moreMy family and I attended a birthday party last night (4/5/24). Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by staff with big smiles and welcoming faces. Three girls at the entrance were very friendly, informative, and polite.
After signing the waivers (electronically), we were given our socks (appropriate sizes). As we passed the main staircase leading into the jumping area, there were cubbies for shoes and the bathrooms to the left and paid lockers (white) on the right. There’s tables towards the entrance for non party guests. There’s not many of them so please be mindful when going. In the back is where all the party rooms/spaces are at. They have a large room for events on the left before you see the rest of the spaces. The larger room has six picnic like tables, a prep table, and it is separated from the rest of the party spaces. There’s four other spaces from what I saw. There’s two open spaces for events. Space 4 had two tables and the one across had about the same.
What I really liked about this place was that not only are the tables covered with their table cloths (plastic ones), they give you the plates, napkins, cutlery, and even a small box with birthday candles in case you forgot. They also provide you with a large knife to cut your cake if you forget yours.
Around 8 pm is when the glow in the dark jumping occurs. It was quite nice to see that and enjoy since there weren’t many people and you had room to comfortably jump.
What was surprising to me was that the arcade games are free! My kids enjoyed Sky Zone a lot!!!! Guaranteed to get your little ones tired and hungry.
The pizza we ate was surprisingly tasty. We had pepperoni pizza at the birthday party. The host was very helpful as well. Attentive and polite.
To book a party, it does require you to call and book it. They have customizable packages. The events are 2 hours in length and include cleanup/setup.
I do highly recommend taking your kids here for jumping fun and free...
Read moreI visited this trampoline park on Friday, June 7th and had mixed experiences. The front desk staff were great and very helpful. However, the staff at the food counter need customer service training or better management.
The venue was playing loud music, which is fine, but the kitchen area had its own loud music playing simultaneously. This made it difficult to communicate with the cashier. The young cashier spoke very softly and did not repeat my order back to me, so I wasn’t sure if he heard me correctly. I had to get very close to the counter and strain to hear him, but he still did not speak up. When I mentioned that part of my order was missing, he responded, "I know" with an attitude which was very unprofessional.
Additionally, when the park was closing, the lights were turned on but no announcement was made over the loudspeaker. A young girl came to our table and bluntly stated, “We are now closed and I’m going to clean up the table,” before immediately starting to clear our table while we were still sitting there. I had to quickly gather my children’s plates to prevent their food from being thrown away.
Overall, I believe the young staff members at the food counter and cleaning crew need customer service training. It’s important to communicate with customers in a courteous manner, even when delivering necessary...
