I went to this place twice yesterday and today and I must say that my last experience today I will never ever go back to this location. I went yesterday and thought the waitress was not the best but not the worst. The food was great though expensive I was expecting that price. My daughter and I liked it so much that we went back today and that was the worst mistake. From the moment we walked in there were three girls at the hostess stand but nobody said anything to greet me or anything. One girl who later turned out to be my server literally rolled her eyes and said oh my God and walked away. I was told to sit myself despite the sign saying please wait to be seated. There were two booths that were empty but dirty and I told them I didn't mind waiting while it Was cleAned because my daughter couldn't sit at the high table. Fast forward and the whole meal was a disaster. I was brought a hot sweet tea with no ice. My daughter had a sweet tea with ice and other patrons had ice but somehow when I mentioned I wanted some ice the girl still looked at me like I had 3 heads. SPOILER ALERT I NEVER got the ice lol. Appetizers took awhile and the gumbo did not have the rice in it and she actually lied and said it sunk to the bottom lol so I stirred it and showed her there was no rice and since I was there yesterday I knew that there was supposed to be a scoop of rice in the center. Said she would be back and never showed up. Never got the I've either. She actually took the long way to visit her other tables and avoid any interaction with me lol After being there for an hour with no drink and no interaction with her I finally decided to ask for the manager. It was so bad that the table beside me asked if the service was always that bad. Even my daughter asked why she wouldn't talk to us smh The manager was nice and comped it even Though we never got to eat out crab boil. In short the service suuuuuuuucked but the food was good I just would expect terrible...
Read moreThank you King Crab! Last night I took my wife to King Crab to get her some seafood and I could watch the UFC 202 fight’s! Off the bat when you walk in you get great friendly service from the staff and they get you seated and situated ASAP. I got the burger with fries and potato salad and my wife got the jambalaya and we ordered some Cajun wings which also came with fries and potato salad. First off the portions were HUGE! The amount of food we got and what we paid for felt criminal (normally I would complain if I get a few fries with my burger but D@*N I got a lot of fries and awesome potato salad) The Cajun wings were on point! Awesome Cajun spice rub and they throw in the ranch along with your order (at no extra charge) and they also came with a lot of fries and potato salad. My burger was huge and delicious, I could only finish half of it and I had a lot of leftovers. My wife really enjoyed her jambalaya and she got to sample their oysters rockefeller and Cajun spiced shrimp which she loved! Especially the oysters (her word’s “I’ve eaten oysters all over the word from Mexico to France and those were the best, they didn’t have an earthy after taste”) Another thing I enjoyed about the place was when my drink got low they were quick with the refills and our waitress always kept checking up on us making sure we were taken care of. Now the second reason we went there was for the UFC fights! They had them on every single TV they had in the place unlike some other restaurants where it’s only on the main TV and they don’t charge an entry fee to watch the fights! If you are going to eat dinner at the restaurant that is your ticket in to watch the fights! All in all I give this place a perfect 10! My bill for all the food was under $40 and the service from the staff was on point. If you want awesome surf and turf you have to hit up King Crab. Thank you to the whole staff for great date/fight night...
Read moreI don't even know where to start. So I took my girlfriend here and immediately noticed something wrong which was how empty it was. I tried not to pay too much attention to that because it could have been empty for a number of reasons but the real reason quickly became apparent. As soon as the food came out we couldn't stop laughing at how small the portion was for the amount we were paying. It was barely enough for 1 person for $100 so we asked to talk to the manager and she gave us this whole explanation about how expensive it is to import seafood but nevertheless offered an extra pound of shrimp to compensate. We agreed (before trying the food) because we were starving and figured that would fill us up. As soon as we started eating we noticed they only gave us 2 small pieces of sausage and 1 HALF of corn on the cob to share. Also only 1 red potatoe to share 😂... I'm not sure what her excuse would have been for that because potatoes cost less than a dollar. That's not even the worst part, the worst part was the quality of the seafood. The shrimp comes apart in your hand like mashed potatoes as you peel it and it honestly tasted microwaved despite the manager assuring us it was the freshest in El Paso 🙄.. the crab was okay but again it would have been nice to get a proper portion. As we kept trying to eat I noticed one of the shrimps were BLACK.. like almost rotten and I immediately lost my appetite. We asked for the bill and got out of there as fast as we possibly could. I'd rather have went to McDonald's and gotten a big Mac combo and saved my $100. I'd rather jump out of a window than...
