Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in El Paso

I stopped by this location to pick up my wife a three-piece chicken dinner. When I went through the drive-thru, I could hardly hear the young lady who was talking and couldn't understand her. I went ahead and drove up to the window, and the gentleman asked me, "Can you repeat your order?" I repeated my order asking for a three-piece classic dinner with mac and cheese and a sweet tea. He told me the price and I turned around and asked him to please repeat my order. He had it for a three-piece spicy with an unsweet tea. I told him that was wrong and asked him to change it to Classic with a sweet tea. After I paid him and everybody in a background was just standing around looking at each other. I take home my wife's order and find that it was a three-piece spicy with old mac and cheese that was hard. And unsweet tea. Today, I realize that I will no longer eat any fast food or any establishment due to today's workmanship having just gone down the crapper. These individuals who are working in these places I know it can be stressful, but the management should take responsibility for the quality and the reinsurance to the customer that they are getting quality service and quality product. I give 1 star for the apologetic attendant at the drive thru. Pay attention to the workers handling your food. Employees do not practice safe handling of cistomers food. I witness a young man/worker walk out of the restaurant to deliver a meal to a car that had pulled forward. The young man came back with the food proceeded to put the food down next to what I found out was my food boxes. He started opening my boxes without gloves or washing his hands after exiting and re entering the resturaunt and procceded to move my fries around in the box. I asked the drive thru attendant if that was my food. She informed me that it was. I asked what the gentleman was doing with the food, she responded that he was moving the fries so the box would close properly. Keep in mind my food was already on the counter and the box was already closed. I Requested for my food to be freshly made. I sat outside for almost ten minutes while they prepared my food. Just to receive fresh chicken and cold fries. They also forgot my drinks when re making my food had to pull back around because they had a line inside. Considering that there was a slight rush I was not upset about the wait. I was very disappointed and upset about the terrible service and the cold food that I received. I will not be visiting this...

Tonight’s experience was just awful I had ordered 2 combos of a chicken sandwich and some boneless wings we were told it would take 10-15 minutes not only did they take half an hour they got the whole order wrong they had someone at the register that had no clue on what they were doing and saw some guy eating in the background on the drive thru not doing anything our meals were large and were given small portions of fries on both meals wings pretty much raw still and the chicken sandwich cold as if they had no regard for our time ontop of that a car came into drive thru 10 minutes after us and got their food before us 10 minutes later I would not recommend this location as this is the 3rd time something has happened since the new year I don’t leave reviews at all but I felt I must share this experience and suggest that this location not only gets better management but learns how to run a fast food restaurant properly and to be considerate towards...
