Ok so for a 1 time visit. Its a little expensive. Now if you get a membership you are going to same price. It covers you for the whole month. I take my kids every weekend to blow out their energy. You can jump, play dodgeball, soccer, volleyball its great if you have an hour or 2 to kill. You can even jump with them. I play soccer with my kids. I also love to play volleyball with them. There is really no rules its just like an anything goes but it will teach kids what to do. Now after 8pm they turn the lights off and have the black lights on. It looks very cool but its harder to pay attention to your kids if you have more than 1. The pizza is pretty good. Drinks are a reasonably priced, the arcade games are free. Its just a good time in my opinion. The facilities sometimes get a little warm but what wouldn't get hot with a bunch of kids running, jumping and having a good time.

Rockin' Jump used to be organized and well-maintained; I wish I could say that about my latest visit... 👎🏽👎🏽 1) Walked in and waited at the desk to be helped. An on duty staff member saw us and walked away. A staff member who had already clocked out for the day saw us and asked if we needed help. 2) There was NO staff attending any of the areas. 3) There was an older teen who full force throwing balls at younger smaller children in the dodge ball area. There was no staff being vigilant or proactive in keeping anyone safe.

At first I was bothered by the fact the website says it has hourly pricing but when we got there is was only the all day pass, but once I realized my son had no issue with jumping for the next 6 hrs I was over it. He had so much fun there working and improving his tumbling skills. The only real downside is there isn't a lot of seating available for the parents. We were able to find our spots in the end though. The staff was very friendly and exhibited a sense of control. I'm glad we went and ended up staying till 11 PM

$80 for kids to jump, knowing dang well that MOST are NOT going to last more than 4 hrs max. Whateves, my kid choose this as his reward for getting on A/B honor roll. When we initially came and realized how much we would be paying, we decided that we would come back so that my kids could spend several hrs making use out of the unlimited pass.... I called to ensure there was WiFi prior to and told yes, except the WiFi didn't work the entire time. 2hrs of bouncing from their open to their secure only being able to consistently refresh the pages and get zero work completed.. While ordering food I was told that we could order the cheese or pepperoni because that was all that they had. NOT that we could order the specialty ones as they actually came from Speedies and was ordered along with wings and salads. Very poor communication with your female employee behind the kitchen register. After being asked if all was good and I expressed to the manager (I presume this but he did not introduce himself.) the problems I saw with the kitchen (half of the items are ordered from Speedies while some are made in house, which is fine but that needs to be communicated properly!) we were offered another pizza which was nice buuuttt we were eating the last 2 slices, kind of pointless at this point. After almost 2hrs, I went to get a snack and asked if there was a price list. Same girl, Yes... Um ok, can I see it? Oh no, I can scan them... Ummmm what? You want to scan all the items I am inquiring about? I don't think so, Thanks but NO THANKS!!! I'm not standing here having your employee scan the snacks I am potentially interested in. That's ridiculous... Just like it's ridiculous that you don't clearly state what is made in house and what is ordered from down the street... At one point when trying to inquire about your internet, one of the employees was walking by. She was on her phone, so I assumed she was on break and decided to not bother her.. But she walked by again, still on phone.. I said Excuse me, but obviously didn't hear me... I have been in the customer service department for ALL kinds of businesses and it's NEVER acceptable to have an employee just walking around in uniform jaw jacking on the phone while ON the floor of the establishment. You either take it outside or go to the break room not walk back and fourth. With your company being the only "game" in town it's easy to see how customer service is a low priority.. I would be very hard pressed...

When we first walked into the park you could already get a foul/musty smell inside. Upon attempting to check in the gentleman in The front let us know that we had to pay $27 to get in however we had purchased our tickets online and it said that for an hour it was only $18 we were able to clarify that and purchase our socks and go in to the park. After that we went into the bathroom and the handicap toilet was clogged all the way to the top with water on the floor. They were in poor conditions & with kids going in there it was not maintained whatsoever & I didn’t not want my son to touch anything because of how poorly maintained they were. After that we went into the park to jump, not really sure of the rules we joined in with all the kids that were there to jump on the trampoline. We then got yelled at by a staff member because apparently the trampoline was one person at a time. But seeing all the kids jumping around everywhere we did not know. I was thinking that maybe the employee tried to get our attention & we might’ve not heard him so maybe he raised his voice to get our attention so we let it go. The staff also didn’t attempt to control the kids at all. Having a son that is 2 it was hard for him to be able to enjoy it because the kids would not wait their turn or would constantly cut in line. This was an issue that seems ignored by staff. It was also very difficult to decipher who was staff & who were the kids because all the staff members seem so young & some of them had sweaters so you really couldn’t tell who was who. I doing think I would ever pay $18+ for admission for a place like that again. It is overpriced for the overall quality of the establishment. We paid for an hour & because of how unsatisfied we were & left after only 30 minutes. I will not be returning or would I recommend anyone to...

It was the Saturday after spring break. My children were excited to finally go to rockin jump. They had asked to go before and we just handy had a chance to get around to it. When we arrived there was a sign posted that said only unlimited jump which is 20 per person was being offered not the typical hourly rate. I asked the cashier about this change and he told me I would have to take it up with corporate. Well I did indeed send corporate a hefty email. I was disappointed at the fact that those who could not afford the unlimited jump were turned away. What type of establishment increases rates during spring break when they know parents are looming for affordable things to do with their children. We stayed only because my children were really looking forward to going and because we could afford it. As I payed I saw a total of 20 folks walk out when they heard only unlimited jump was being offered. Might I add there was no notification on the website as I filled out the proper paperwork before I left. Needless to say my family will not be returning and I have spoken with other military families and I don't think they'll be going either. Military families in particular typically have 2 children plus and usually can't afford that unlimited jump price. Why spike your prices when the kids are out of school let alone on a Saturday and call it a deal..almost $100 dollars for my childen to spend 2 hours in your facility and half of that time was spent waiting in lines to jump....it's a rip off....I also never received a reponse to the email I sent to the corporate office taht same day.....great job on your...
