I want to say thank you to all the fine officers and agents that work at this border crossing on the evening March 31st 2022 who cordially helped my 3 family members and another family of 7 fleeing from the war in Ukraine. They welcomed us and aided us in getting these refugees who were fleeing from the invaders who attacked their home country into America where they can find refuge. The process was professional and the agents were kind in their treatment of the Refugees. As a refugee myself leaving the USSR oppression I'm happy to say that my family members were also able to flee from the same oppression caused by the Russian Federation. I commend the agents for their good work and thank the USA for helping all Ukrainians who find themselves displaced by tyranny of the 21st century.

Went through this morning after a racing event over the weekend in Ciudad Juarez. I must say that this checkpoint was a great experience for me and the family to come back to the United States. We were pleased with the hard-working officials and the time of which it took us to get us as a family of four and a truck with trailer along with the necessary equipment and documentation . Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to the country.

Took over 5 hours once in line to get through from Mexico to USA the night of March 22nd, Saturday!! Was planning to be home early morning Sunday so I could rest before work Monday! Didn’t get home till mid Sunday afternoon and with only 2 hours sleep driving over 30 hours straight with a small catnap. Santa Teresa small port to the West closed at 9pm never heard of a border closing unless for something going wrong. Absurd! The Mexican side needs to do a better job of guiding people. We lost a lot of time too not knowing where to go and Google Maps was worthless always telling us to go to the line where people have transponders on their car. There were obviously no lines there! Told my wife we should’ve left an hour earlier we were late passing only by 8 minutes trying to get our stupid $400 deposit back from Mexico at the smaller crossing to...

The agents working on 12/15/23 at about 11:30pm were extremely disrespectful to the elderly people who were traveling with us on the bus. Several of the agents were sitting around, not being helpful, and were making fun of an elderly woman who didn’t understand which documents were being asked of her by another agent. The agent himself raised his voice and didn’t seem to care to be professional or courteous. Abhorrent behavior that’s treated as normal. It is not normal to treat someone like that simply because they are from Mexico. Though y’all may be in positions of authority (though it’s not much), treat people as your equals. BP didn’t exist until the early 2000s and y’all could easily be deemed unnecessary...
