I'm traveling up from Florida to see family. We have a limited amount of time to do activities. I'm not understanding why paying patrons need to get out every 45 minutes so the lifeguards can take smoke breaks, slide down the waterslide, rough house for 15 to 20 minutes every hour. I am living in Florida, where the lifeguard shortage is much worse, parks are bigger, and they have half the lifeguards. If those lifeguards do what these irresponsible lifeguards did they would get fired. Not only does it do a disservice due to paying customers getting time they paid for decreased, it is also a huge liability. While lifeguards are goofing off, there are kids still near the water. Parents are not perfect and may loose track. If a kid gets hurt or drowns, that's an excellent way for this park to loose...

Due to this, we can't go as often as the 5 year old would like. The $7 for them and $9 for me adds up fast when this is a daily charge.
My second issue... There's definitely not enough space! This is the only public water park in the surrounding area. I've seen a line going around the building waiting to get in. We need another water park to help with the onslaught of people. There have been people bullied out of their chairs/tables with no help from staff.
The kids have a great time, and I like that there are many different floor levels so that anyone can be in the water. From...
Read moreMy first visit to the waterpark was a few weeks ago. I was amazed with pool. The park consists of 2 waterslides, a lazy river, whirlpool, a splash pad for the kiddos and several other fun water slides for the little ones. Oh yes we cant forget the basketball hoop in the pool. Love it. Pool also has music playing the whole time. Absolutely an awesome place to relax. It was a little crowded when we went. But hey it the only waterpark around here for miles and its worth it at $4.00 a person. They do have partrooms you can reserve. Hope y'all have fun and...
