Wings was really delicious. The pizza not so much. Did not have extra cheese and crust did not taste good and looked undercooked. Also it was really thin but was not thin crust. At least I do t think it was because it was not crunchy. Definitely was not the normal crust for sure. Also requested the pepperoni have extra cheese over the top so pepperonis do not get crispy. Because I don't like them crispy even though alot of people do. The guy was very friendly and helpful. I did call back the service center to make adjustments to my order when I did the guy added everything on for me. Said it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes I asked what my new total was. He said hold on put me back on hold and never came back to the phone so had to add on at the restaurant and wait even longer for my order. Definitely was not one of my best visits. The service at the store is always really good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place just this visit was not to par. Read moreThe Pizza Hut on Dixie across from HMH deep fryer wasn't working for some reason. I had the craving for Pizza Hut wings. So I called the Pizza Hut on Mulberry before going there. The phone kept ringing for five minutes with no one bothering to answer. When I got to the Pizza Hut on Mulberry I seen that there was nearly no vehicle in parking lot and no customers in the restaurant. I called once again and still no one answered. After three minutes of ringing a customer pulls in the wrong side as the employee ran inside to taking his order and yet still ignoring the phone call even before the customer walked in. That upset me. When I drove around the employee and customer looked at me as if I've done something wrong. When I complain to a Pizza Hut employee I've known for over fifteen years she tells me that there has been a lot of complaints in the Mulberry location not answering the phones. Read moreApparently if they screw up your order and deliver it, it's on YOU to take it back and get your correct order!!! I have never in my life heard of such a thing. I'm just glad I'm not unable to drive, but I feel sorry for any person who doesn't and gets the wrong order because they will be stuck with whatever they get. We called in a delivery order, they got it wrong, I called them to have them bring correct order, they absolutely refused. I had to bring the wrong order to them, they only gave me my money for the one wrong order and we asked for the tip and delivery fee. The girl acted like she deserved the tip and was so rude about it. I'm in business for myself and if I did the wrong thing for someone, I would expect no tip.
