Mulberry Florist and Gift Shop — Local services in Elizabethtown

Mulberry florist is the absolute best in town! Not only were the flowers created for my father‘s funeral perfect, the customer service, kindness, patience, compassion and love was above and beyond anything I could’ve ever expected. Both sisters went out of their way to not only provide absolute amazing products and service - they treated me like family. I was astounded to see that a basket of flowers that I was unable to afford my father‘s funeral was sent to the funeral from them for their regards. These ladies are the best local shop in town and deserve all the business from all of our locals and surrounding locals. I know anytime that I have flower needs I will be using them! Also the selection of flowers is beyond impeccable. I’m not sure were a few of these reviews come other than after the flowers were delivered people were not appropriately handling them. This happens often and the blame tends to be misplaced. The prices are under average and the quality and design skills exceed the cost! The only shop around you can get rainbow roses that were in full bloom. I cannot sing the praises of the shop enough. Thank you so much ladies and I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart. Also I had lost my wallet so I ended up being $50 short the day I was ordering the flowers that I needed. They sent the flowers and just told me to get back with them as soon as I had an opportunity as they understood the hardship I was dealing with. Yes...

The funeral has come and gone. With no flowers for the family to take home. (I ordered several days before the actual day of viewing with an additional day of the funeral to come, as this was not a time constraint issue) And what I ordered in no way matched the integrity of the picture, conversation or the price point. What I ordered did not come close to the actual order including a cheap $1.00 kids painted easter basket. The lack of integrity of the associate who took my order literally lied to me, and lied to the owner! With that being said, I have text messages to prove and the verbal confirmation from the owner herself. The owner's integrity of getting it put right was ridiculous, seemingly putting it on the back burner of it being of no priority. I’m from Ohio and had a great niece born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky and wanted to send flowers from a local florist and support a brick and mortar business and they did not disappoint! I ask for a butterfly pick to be placed in the flowers and explained that my momma who passed loved butterflies so I always have a butterfly pick put in flowers when sending to family to honor my momma as a reminder of how much she loved her family. I ordered a bud vase with half a dozen roses but the wonderful lady I spoke to went above and beyond and sent them in a beautiful vase that has flowers and butterflies on it.
