I found myself in deep trouble after a DIY attempt to install a new keyboard on my Dell Inspiron 7570 laptop led to the dreaded blue screen of death and the ominous "unable to find boot device" error. After some failed troubleshooting, I knew it was time to call in the pros. A quick search led me to D&M Networking, and I called Rod late on a Saturday morning. Despite the short notice, he assured me I could bring in the laptop right away.
Rod clearly outlined the cost for an initial assessment and promised to follow up with an estimate. I braced myself for a wait until the following week, but to my astonishment, Rod called back just two and a half hours later with a quote. I approved the work, expecting the repair to take days. Yet again, Rod exceeded expectations, calling back within 90 minutes to ask for a secondary user password. Shortly after, he informed me my laptop was ready for pickup.
When I arrived, Rod demonstrated the repair, booting the laptop seamlessly. But when I attempted to log in with the primary user, I hit a snag. Rod patiently dove back in, dedicating another 45 minutes to uncover the issue: I had inadvertently failed to fully reconnect the I/O board to the motherboard during my initial keyboard installation. He not only fixed the problem but also helped me reset my primary user password—all without charging me for the extra hour of labor!

The first laptop came back as not workable and we received a call from "Rob" saying that to extract info would be over $100! At which point we declined. The second laptop needed a password to be accessed which we didn't know , we provided a list of possible password and we were told by "Rob" that he'd call us back . Fast forward a week later and we receive a call saying we have a balance of $180 for work which we did not approve of!! What kind of scam is this. D&M was the second place I told my computer to because the first place charged me but didn't really fix anything but D&M fixed whatever issues I had going on within 3 days.
