I found myself in deep trouble after a DIY attempt to install a new keyboard on my Dell Inspiron 7570 laptop led to the dreaded blue screen of death and the ominous "unable to find boot device" error. When I arrived, Rod demonstrated the repair, booting the laptop seamlessly. But when I attempted to log in with the primary user, I hit a snag. Rod patiently dove back in, dedicating another 45 minutes to uncover the issue: I had inadvertently failed to fully reconnect the I/O board to the motherboard during my initial keyboard installation. He not only fixed the problem but also helped me reset my primary user password—all without charging me for the extra hour of labor!

If I could give a ZERO rating I would!!! My husband dropped off two of our laptops two week ago for "diagnosis only" to a man named "ROB", my I guess is this is short for robbery!!! The first laptop came back as not workable and we received a call from "Rob" saying that to extract info would be over $100! At which point we declined. The second laptop needed a password to be accessed which we didn't know , we provided a list of possible password and we were told by "Rob" that he'd call us back . Fast forward a week later and we receive a call saying we have a balance of $180 for work which we did not approve of!! What kind of scam is this. He specifically told my husband he'd never do work without giving you a quote first!!!! Now we have a bill for a laptop that is not worth the work???? Thieves!! Do not...
