Great Casino I like the floor layout how they move Slots adding new ones each time I visit. Payouts well I use to go monthly with $200 I’d lose all of it 80% of the time. So I stopped going for a good 4-6 months they sent me free hotel stays weekly with $20 in free food comp for any restaurant & they’d send me free comp money for gambling ranging $15-$40 a week. Depends on how much you gambled before, how long you stayed an how much you spent with your casino card inserted in slots or tables. Payouts depend on how you gamble know when to cash out moving to new slots. Theres been times I’ve won $400 - $550 - $800 etc. and brought $60-$100 it’s about luck knowing when to cash out. Moving on to there Hotel Rooms they are nicely suited clean comfy beds bathrooms are nice you get a nice tv an cable with phone you can use if you’d like. 30 mins from the Casino that’s how far away I live & I’ve stayed a night there only 20-25 times - thats it. Since I started gambling there I’ve got 250+ free hotel stays easily an used only 10% of them. Reason being every time they gave me a room I’d with no doubt spend money cause the pools not handicap accessible it gets boring. If they were to send me 2 free suites per month or even a single suite instead of 4 free rooms I’d come no question monthly to enjoy the suite. I’ve never stayed the night in a Suite at Firekeepers I’d like to spend a night in one too see how they are like the layout an what they include. This past Friday, April 12th I went to the Casino around 8pm parked valet at the Hotel entrance, we didn’t leave until 6am Saturday morning. We ate at the restaurant by the escalators before leaving which is my favorite place to eat afterwards we left. All the food we ordered was paid in points earned that night. While in my scooter I was driving from one end of the casino to the Hotel area then reality set in. I told myself tonight was the worst night for myself my dad lost only $60 myself lost nearly $1000 yea your probably thinking wow you should’ve hit something & I didn’t! I was playing quarter $.25 slots betting $1.25 tried so many machines hit nothing tried the $.02 cent slots I maxed them out hit nothing I played over 20 or more slots per each bet of slots an again hit nothing good. Played a dollar machine when I first got there played 3 lines $3 bet I hit $75.00 I cashed out. Most I hit in those 12 hours was $140 if remembering correctly nothing worth leaving with was hit. I hardly go to a casino anymore if I do I’m staying the night at the hotel. If I gamble I’m gambling for something worth leaving with I’m talking $800-$2000+ but they won’t ever give me anything over $500. I’m 26 now I’ve been visiting since I turnt 21 it’s been the same thing as when I first visited. Also the machines for a disabled person like myself are hard to access casino workers walk by looking at me struggling to move chairs they hardly ever help. People nearby end up helping me pull 2-3 chairs away so I can pull sideways up to a slot. I’ve accidentally knocked over dozens of chairs trying to pull up to a slot, the platforms the slots sit on need to be hollowed out a good foot at least under them so disabled players can pull easily up to slots without hurting our knees by bumping them constantly. This has really prevented me over the years from playing slots I wanted to play - it’s not fair many disabled players agree with me. A idea would be to make accessible slot areas for disabled players have a sign posted just like there’s non smoking areas. Firekeepers one last thing, above I had written I only stayed 15-25 nights in the past 5 years that’s 10% of free rooms you sent me. Reason we’ll I like to swim it’s therapy you guys have no pool lifts in none of your pool areas there cheap to install. I know you guys can afford this it’s sad I’ve asked multiple times over the years still no lifts. So I ask you this one last time pls install lifts I’ve got nearly hurt multiple times trying to get into the pool an out that wouldn’t be good for you or me if I did so just consider it please...
Read moreI strongly suggest all senior citizens take their business elsewhere. When I booked this room I made a special note that my grandmother has a walker and has mobility issues. We booked the ADA room to better accommodate her special needs. We arrived yesterday around 1:30, which was 2.5 hours before our scheduled check-in at 4:00 pm. My grandmother had some pretty bad stomach problems. We hung around for an hour before I approached the front desk to ask if anything could be done to get our room faster. She needed the room amenities and to lay down. The front desk attendant apologized and stated she could not help and she was very sorry, because the room was being cleaned still and assured me they would call us. This should have been red flag. A senior citizen with a walker is feeling ill, and the attendant couldn't be bothered to make a call to a manager. This is 2:30pm and 1.5 hours before our scheduled check-in. Surely, they will take the health concerns of a senior into consideration to prepare the room before schedule. 4:00 pm came and passed. There was no call. 4:00 pm was our designated check-in, and somehow our room was not ready. We continued to wait for our call. 5:00 pm arrives. This is now 1 hour after our scheduled check-in time. It is also 3.5 hours since we had made the staff aware of my grandmother's urgent necessity of having a room. I went back to the desk at 5:15 pm and was told the room STILL wasn't ready. I don't know much about hotels. What I do know is that they have one job. They provide their patrons with rooms. I would have expected some urgency to have been applied to the rediment of rooms designed specifically for people with handicaps and physical limitations so they may be completed when promised. I asked for the manager. I have a conversation with the manager, Kim. I asked why our room wasn't ready despite the 4:00 pm check-in AND my plea for an earlier check-in to a prior staff member. Kim also seemingly unbothered by the situation offered a one bedroom. I declined as there were obviously three of us. We were also offered a non-ADA room. This means they make ADA last on their list of priorities. Why are other rooms available? Why is the room designated for a disabled person not ready? Had it been neglected even after having made them aware of the need for that room? At this point my mom and I are both feeling disrespected. We were treated with disregard. Kim told us at 5:30 pm that the room was finally being cleaned, and we received her phone call to pick up our keys at 6:00 pm. During our interaction with Kim we asked if we could receive any kind of compensation for this awful situation. She told us she "might" be able to get us a late checkout but she would need to talk with the other supervisor. Overnight, my grandmother fell while trying to get out of bed because the sheets were so slippery she slid right off and ended up on her knees and could not get back up for quite a while. This morning when we checked out at 9:00 am, we specifically asked what kind of compensation we would receive. We were told to return in 30 minutes. How convenient that we might have been leaving at that time and might not want to wait for an answer. We returned after two hours just to see if they would do the right thing. We were told we were given a 12:00 pm checkout which was not confirmed yesterday. It was not mentioned when we checked out at 9:00 am. We were gifted a late checkout, after we had checked out. Is this how Firekeepers treats all senior citizens? Kim and each front desk staff member I talked to showed that they really couldn't care less about the situation or about the needs of their elderly/ disabled customers. The building is gorgeous, clean, everything I could have hoped for but you have done a massive disservice to the wonderful aesthetic of your establishment. If this is just an error and a lack of training in your staff, please correct this mistake immediately. Our elders and disabled loved ones should not have to endure the feeling of being a burden for their special...

AVOID! * especially avoid Rachel at Dacey's sports book and Tap House. ** my whole experience there was ruined * by this one employee. I drove an hour and a half from Plymouth, Michigan to see a Sam Hunt concert on Friday August 8th 2025. It was the first time I ever came to FireKeepers. I've driven by it many times and was interested in going in. Unfortunately, I got to say that management really has to evaluate Rachel's position and maybe they can Institute a new policy where a second manager or assistant manager has to get involved in these types of situations so one person can put sense in the other and not one person having a bad day ruining everyone's atmosphere. * no smile * we go to these places for customer service * never going there again. The entire experience was absolutely amazing up until that point she really ruined my extremely special trip with my wife. Everyone was pleasant and enjoying my company. I met Ernie, one hour prior at the pit stop next door gas station, and he was very friend friendly. I didn't raise any red flags from him. After ordering the food and waiting 20 minutes for two steak tacos I went over to the table games and said hi to him had an enjoyable time at that table .it's amazing how one nasty Apple ruins the entire bunch. I enjoyed the security ,the ushers, got into the concert venue. I went to the craps table met up with Ernie said hi was pleasant had an enjoyable experience at the table but then went back to the restaurant to grab our food and for some reason this 5 ft 4 in manager in a jacket and tie has a problem with me .everyone around me is laughing the customers are laughing. I'm talking to the employees they're laughing. I'm making jokes there's no problem. I didn't even have a drink, but I ordered one I paid $10 for it and I didn't even take a sip out of it before STOLE IT. she warned me and I understand I can take a step down but after warning me she went straightti get security.iknowsome ppl can't take others happiness... I'll direct you to a Darius Rucker song, and the lyrics," high on life".. and got two security guards and started presenting to me now the two gentlemen were just watching and I was looking directly at her talking to her what did I do !!I did nothing!!! Check thevideo.. I could go on but I do want to point out that sometimes you have to come down to the customer's level for example I'm an orthopedic surgeon who did surgery that morning and left to have a good time but unfortunately some people think they're way above others and it was awful I will never go there and give them the 1 finger salute whenever I drive by, on my way to chicago. management really needs to look into this situation. I highly recommend if you're from the Detroit area to go elsewhere ,even Windsor ,even Toledo even the three great casinos here. I was also interested in seeing Little Bighorn there but never ever ever.. thank you so much for ruining a great night and thank you Google for allowing me to share this review which will hopefully be associated with...
