Buzz Smoke & Vape — Attraction in Englewood

Stopped by this great store today (05/29/23) and was greeted warmly by a very patient staff member. 5 stars - 2 thumbs up - 100% happy customer. If you wanted a short review - that's it. This place is great. If you want more - keep reading.

I don't live in the area & was looking for a specific flavored disposable vape that has been elusive & very hard to find (but they had it here at BUZZ Smoke Shop !!!!) - they not only had my vape they provided me with a discount due to how many I bought too.

The owner came out to the sales floor area & we swapped contact info so that I could check before making a trip - to see if they have what I needed (a kind & generous offer that I was not expecting but was happy to accept). They offered to pull things off the shelf and stash it until I arrive and they offered to ship things to me - since I don't live in the area.

Their selection was great - from disposable devices to various vape flavors (I recognized a number of common & popular brands including my VERY popular Pachamama juices) & current devices too (the newest GeekVape machines, coils, pods).

The store was starting to get busy so I left with my purchases without taking the time to see what-else the store had but I'm going back later this week to experience the rest of the store and to perhaps try out a new flavor.

Speaking of new flavors - trying a new flavor or a new brand of flavors is always a sketchy thing - but at BUZZ Smoke Shop the staff member vapes too - and is willing to share their insight into flavors and brands (including what they are currently vaping). It means a lot to me.

So - even though I am from "out of state" and I don't know the area well, this place was easy to find, has a high review % (that they have totally earned in the 4 years they have been open) & has everything that you'd want from a vape store.

Do NOT buy a Vape from this Store. I did and when I took the vape out of the box the battery was not included which the very young and obviously oblivious sales guy told me it was, but the battery cover was missing. With receipt in hand for the 130 DOLLARS I spent just 2 days before I went back to the store. THE OWNER OF THE STORE (OMAR) Would not stand behind the product he sold me and basically told me he would do nothing to help me. This is after I had been in his store 3 times the week before and spent about 300 dollars on different items for myself and for gifts. He was fine, friendly and nice when the money was coming over the counter in his direction but when came the possibility that he may have to reimburse of exchange a product he would not even discuss it and even accused me of loosing the missing piece. It was fun for a minute shopping at BUZZ SMOKE SHOP But now I'm stuck with a $130 Vape, $50 worth of juice and an extra large tank that cost me another $50 and so far I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO ENJOY OR USE ANY OF IT. Just went into this shop and i was very satisfied with the entire experience! I knew i wanted a disposable, but i wasn’t quite sure what exactly it was that i wanted. the moment i walked in i was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. i was asked if there was anything specific i was looking for. i mentioned i wanted a disposable vape, and then i was escorted to the massive selection that they have on the south wall! there are so many options for disposable vapes that i was almost overwhelmed. i asked so many questions. the staff was quick to answer and very knowledgeable on whichever vape i asked about! my eyes caught the Geek Bar section and i was pleasantly surprised by the amazing prices compared to other vape stores i had been inside. i finally had decided on this geek bar (pictured). the entire time i was in there i never felt like a nuisance, or like i was being rushed. 10/10 i will be back here when this one is done and gone, even if it means that i have to pass multiple other smoke shops. thankyou for thé amazing...
