Top notch! I live in the Houston\Galveston area and have never actually seen the shop but the service was above and beyond. I mean literally. I needed flowers delivered to my Grandmother for her 91 birthday which happened to fall on a Saturday. My Grandmother missed the delivery and was devastated. She did get a call from the delivery driver but accidentally deleted the voice mail. She tried calling the shop several times but because they close at 1 on Saturdays, no one was there to answer the phone. She then called me apologizing and broken hearted that she missed the delivery. I did a little research on the web and was able to contact the owner of the shop directly. He was super nice and after listening to my story he offered to take time out of his Saturday evening with his family and personally redeliver the flowers to my grandmother. How amazing is that?! What wonderful hometown kindness. Kudos to Ryan and Enid...

I am co-owner of Enid Floral with Ryan Fossett. I witnessed the conversation with Mr Housh. We are very sorry that there was a miscommunication of your delivery time. When asked for an "A.M." Delivery, we guarantee that it will be there before 12:00 noon. If it is requested earlier than that, we always inform the customer there will be additional charges. When Mr Housh called, he was told that we were sorry for the misunderstanding and that we could get it delivered as soon as possible. After being screamed at and insulted, the owner, Ryan, got on the phone and informed the customer of the shop policy and offered him his money back numerous times. . Mr Housh proceeded to call back multiple times and insult our staff. We take pride in our customer service and am sorry that he feels he received less than satisfactory service. ...

I'm really not happy with this. My man has never got me flowers and today he had some sent to me and they ruined it. First pic is what I got not saying it ugly but... the sec pic is what he thought he was sending me. I called to ask as to why and to tell them it looks like trash. She tells me not only that use what they think is worth the money "cheap flowers'' but how much my husband spent. I don't think you need to ruin what was supposed to be sweet. They stuffed as much green as they could to 'sub for the money worth that was spent. I asked so purple is expensive? She made sure to let me know to you get what you pay for. I told her I be sure to tell him not to buy from here again. Really sad that they care so little and charge so much. He paid more to have them delivered at 11am,they...
