EZPAWN (401 South Van Buren Street, Enid) — Attraction in Enid

While traveling North thru Oklahoma, I stopped in a little town called ENID. I like to check out different pawn shops just to see if they have anything cool in them or maybe score a good deal. I stumbled upon Enid's EZ PAWN. As soon as I walked through the doors I noticed how clean and well organized the store was. I was instantly greeted by the store manager Chris. This guy was so friendly and welcomed me with a big smile. He knew the answer to every question I asked of him. I never once felt like he was "A Typical Salesman". He never once tried to push or bombard me with random items for a quick sale. Ez Pawn.. you have yourself one heck of a store manager. He has made me a 100% return customer. VERY rude staff!! Two ladies working when I came in in the beginning of September. The older lady was behind the jewelry counter with no customers and i politely asked if I could check out with her after waiting a while because the lady at the main desk was busy and they were about to close anyways. She said no. The other lady heard that so she started helping customers behind me out is spite. Very unprofessional. Then the lady who initially said no stood there about another 5 minutes then slowly walked over and finally assisted me. Took literally about a minute or two. Left very upset. Hopefully train their employees on customer service one day. Just because a customer is in a hurry doesn't mean they should...

I was at EZ pawn paying on my ponds when I started asking a worker about one of my pawns and he started cussing me out in front of God and everybody in the store when I went to the manager I told him to let the worker know that that was uncalled for and all the managers said to me was I will tell him but it's not like he's going to care and so I got a hold of corporate and corporate called them now they are refusing me service they said I can come pay on my pawns and I can pick up my ponds but they will not write me any new tickets unless it's the manager right in the ticket but no one else...
