The absolute worst experience for my wedding day!!!!! We trusted after three Sperate visits my flowers would be put together correctly and delivered in a timely manor. Unfortunately the bouquets were not complete the way I discussed the three times I visited as well at the week of the wedding when I met with them to complete payment. The OWNER who said he delivered the flowers himself left all my flowers in a place where he assumed I would be, leaving word with a person in the kitchen of my venue which he did not get the name of in charge of informing the wedding party of where my flowers were. He also stated that I should have called to look for my flowers when we couldn’t find them moments before my wedding. I specifically asked for greenery in my bouquet after providing a picture of the basic set up of the bouquet that was not done, I was given the excuse they did what the picture looked like, meaning they didn’t listen to my wants the three times I visited them and still did what they wanted not what I asked for!!! He was rude and was not empathetic to the situation. My wedding took place without any bridal party flowers because this man assumed and did not contact anyone to confirm delivery when he realize we were not where he assumed I would be, he was adamant that I should have call to look for my flowers. He just kept saying my concerns and complaints were not legitimate concerns and could not understand why I was upset!!!! He did not compensate me at all or apologize. Read moreI ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. I called Uptown florist because in years past, they were outstanding. They have different owners now, and the quality has dropped horribly. I spent over $50.00 and my friend received a very small vase with 2 daisys and 3 tulips with some filler. When she sent me the picture, I was shocked at how puny it was. I immediately called Uptown Florist, because she must have gotten the wrong flowers. I explained what happened to the clerk who answered the phone and she took my name and number and said the owner would have to call me back. That was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing! I am very disappointed in their customer service. I am very disappointed in the poor quality flowers my friend received. and all greenery) to Enid for our friends memorial.
Our contact there in Enid, took the flowers to our deceased
friends florist (UptownFlorist) to have arranged.
We were aware that there would be a charge for arranging and placing
in a galvanize vase, but were floored to learn of the
charge of $110.00 as well as charged to our
contact in Enid credit card without their knowledge.
We contacted the owner (Daniel) who stated that he could
"justify all day the cost" which also included delivery
(website quotes $6.95 for delivery). We
