Grise Audio Visual — Attraction in Erie

I just picked up my thumb drive, made from a very old audio tape. I tried to connect it to my car system but was unable to figure it out. I called the receptionist as I sat outside the office and she immediately asked if I was outside. She came right out to help me and when we both could not figure it out, she called in the tech expert, who also came right out to my car to assist! We finally concluded that the car did not have a thumb drive outlet soooooo The wonderful , amazing receptionist went right in and burned a CD for me. I can’t put into words the joy they gave me by bringing my dear Mother’s and Brother’s voice to life again...., The Grise Audio puts their clients first and foremost! They botched our recording. They claim it was a tech issue...yet the backup recording they claimed they were running didn't have the audio either. In addition, the person running the recording kept leaving the booth to go smoke. They DID give us a refund...so that was nice. However, we still spent money on a venue, entertainment etc that we won't recoup. Bad experience with them. They do get 1 star....for...
