26 Reservoir — Restaurant in Erie

Yet another redone neighborhood bar that gave itself a facelift but forgot to moisturize, the Christina bartender/ manager is very rude to African Americans females to the point other folks notice, I have been coming to this bar since it was willows! So I've seen a lot of bartenders come through! This one specifically makes me cringe everytime she's working with her lack of customer service, rude comments and negligent drinks servings! Today she told me ( I'm handicap in a post op leg brace) that I'd have to stand because there's no seats even though there was two seats open at the bar, she even made a point to put old drinks in front of the stools. Then she got disrespectful in tone and asked me what I was drinking,Christina then brought half my order and commenced to serve everyone else at the bar (pool league night taco Tuesday) drinks while I still waited. To top it all off, it's been twenty minutes and I still haven't received my 6 hard tacos or other half of my drink! This a prime example as to how you can make it pretty but the ugly will keep your patrons away! I've decided to just walk away from the half drink and the taco! It's not worth the disrespectful abuse. FYI: I had ordered food and there was ashes all over the bar so when the cook came out I asked for my area to be wiped since she had not done it the whole time I was sitting here. I also asked for the rest of my drink order that somehow STILL hadn't been served. Needless to say, after the bartender called me a "he" (I am an obvious Andro stemm)and still displayed so much attitude towards me in front of other patrons, this will be the last time Ill spend my hard earned money to be treated disrespectful...

I would give it ZERO stars if possible!!!!! Went with friends 5 Fridays in a row after our shift at the hospital down the street for food and a few drinks. Only 1 Friday was a good experience as it was a different bartender. Came to find out the bartender we had the other weeks was a woman, Christine. Each visit this Christine’s attitude was deplorable! From the moment we would walk in, she treated us as if we were a bother, had a disgusted look on her face, a terrible attitude, was verbally ignorant to another girl working in the kitchen, and was conversing with other customers with racial undertones. Completely UNWELCOMING experience. 2 weeks in a row we were told the credit card processor was not working, and we would need to pay cash, which was then laid next to the register. This woman in no way should be working with the public. We certainly will not be back as this is not the type of atmosphere we are looking to patronize and be treated in the manner we were weeks in a row after a long work week. The bar was not busy at all so there is no excuse for poor treatment. The owner should evaluate more closely who they choose to hire because it seems it could be a nice...

My brother was visiting from out of state and got in late. Reservoir 26 was the closest watering hole to us at the time so we stopped in before closing. The place is pretty clean, the bartender "Harley" was friendly and served us promptly. Draft selections were better than expected for the area. It was my first chance to try the new Koehler offerings. Prices are fair. As others have mentioned, it's kind of a rough area so I can't say how friendly the crowd is, but they were last night. Overall, our stop at Reservoir 26 was a great end to my brother's first night...
