Finally got a chance to stop at the new location and, honestly, I was pleasantly floored by the experience. They haven’t fully set up shop in the new 26th St location (still pending the non-alcoholic bar), but even then, it still was a thousand times better than any local smoke shops I’ve visited. Staff was knowledgeable and caring, glassware and CBD selections looked great, and they carry the largest variety of kratom I’ve ever seen in a storefront for prices that I would expect from an online vendor! Im not quite sure how they get away with it but this place is not wheelchair accessable. I called on the phone and talked to one of their employees & mentioned I was in a wheelchair and they never said they had multiple steps outside an no way to get in. I drove over 25 miles round trip to get here an could not even get inside & when I asked if they could complete a transaction with me outside I was told NO...I was in shock to say the least, but im not surprised as the owners other business a icecream shop, the enployees are equally rude and incapable.
