Great experience here. Staff were very polite. Nice bathroom facilities, very clean and well kept besides a couple of stalls that don’t lock and an out of order urinal, I don’t know how the women’s bathrooms are but they’re probably pretty clean too. Plenty of seats to watch from and even some heaters hanging from the ceiling above some places on the bleachers. Wooden seats on the bleachers but there are some padded seats closer to the rink. Theyre got a room with big windows for viewing from inside if you get too cold as well. Special reserved tables for birthday parties, great place to have one. I attended a birthday here and unfortunately broke my wrist falling. The rink did an amazing job with providing me with ice packs and making sure i got the medical care I needed. My wrist was not the rinks fault it is just a danger of ice skating. I would not take this as a reason to not go. I had plenty of fun and even when i got hurt they helped me as best as they could until making sure I got to a place with more professional care. Love this place. Be safe...
Read moreNavigating this website is incredibly frustrating, easily one of the most confusing and least user-friendly sites if you're simply trying to find information about public skate sessions for that day. As for the rink itself, it's pretty average. The music, however, is a major letdown, blaring Top 40 hits that feel more suited to a middle school dance than a skating rink. If you're over 21 or have any kind of developed music taste, prepare to cringe. Worse yet, the sound quality is terrible, played through what sounds like a cheap Bluetooth speaker yet somehow still way too loud. The service up front doesn’t help the experience much either. Staffed by disinterested teenage girls, the customer service is underwhelming at best. You’ll likely be greeted with blank stares, and the unmistakable vibe that they’d rather you not exist. Lastly there is a bathroom stall that has been broken for months and has yet to be fixed so people keep walking in on one another because the stall door is...
Read moreMy friend and I decided we were going to hang out for a fun night. We love ice skating. Their website says that admission is $5 and skate rentals are $2. We got their and they told us their prices had changed. We brought just the money we needed to rent skates and enter so we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for someone to bring us the $3 we were “missing”. We asked them if we could just pay them right before we left so we could actually skate. We asked for our money back that we paid and the girl wouldn’t give us our money back. When we finally got our money and paid, we had 30 minutes to skate before the hockey players came on and we...
