Review does not reflect the superior personal service and care provided by the owner John! The breakfasts were a delight in the middle of a snowstorm. John catered to our every need and took amazing care of us! There were a few uncontrollable circumstances that affected our trip however. Namely 8 inches of snow, a power outage, and a balcony we could not use due to the extreme cold . We had triuble getting there because 3 streets were blocked off that led to the cottage due to snow and ice. The cottage is quaint, cozy, and a period piece to the 1800s. We missed not having a shower and limited hot water for the HUGE tub but the tub has a sprayer that can be used for a shower tho it can be lmessy. The kitchen and microwave amenities are available in a common area not in each room but are in very close proximity. All in all, come in season and enjoy this little oasis nestled in the heart of Eureka! Thank you John for all of your personal attention and excellent attitude! Upgrading stars.

I can't say enough nice things about John and his amazing bed and breakfast on the hill. We've come to Eureka Springs twice now, annually. My girlfriend is from Harrison, and we live in Lake Tahoe, CA now, and come back to Arkansas once a year to see family. We make a trip out to Eureka because we love this town. This time we thought we'd stay the night. We came across this B&B on Maps and it looked like exactly what we needed. John was an amazing host from the first moment we arrived. The rooms are clean, the bed is ridiculously comfortable, and the whirlpool tub was a nice addition. The breakfast was great, the quiche was delicious. Needless to say, we'll be back next year and will stay here again.
