Clock Shop — Attraction in Eustis

My husband dropped off our Coo Coo clock from Germany for repair ( stopped working). He was told that there was a backlog and they could not look at it for 6-8 weeks. We told them we were ok with waiting. Three months later he went in (hard to get an hold of people with hours open and our schedule) and our clock had not moved from the place they were storing it. We were met with a disregard demeanor and felt as though we were bothering them by asking about our clock. They said they had not had a chance to get to it We understood and left the clock but asked that it be worked on next. This week he went in (two months later again) and STILL not touched. We again were greeted with a sense that we were bothering them and not really concerned with our experience to date. We were given an excuse about no date being documented with the clock when they took it from us 5 months earlier. We were annoyed but nice about the situation and we decided to take the clock back and left. Also found a clock hand had broken in the process.

We called another clock repair person the same day and they had it fixed to work with so many more things fixed (including the hand that broke) by the next day.

Can’t speak to the work they do. Don’t recommend this place if you want something fixed...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I took our cuckoo clock in for repair on 2/25. The owner told us it would be 4-5 weeks. Jun 1st I called for an update. The owner told me she couldn’t find our clock. We stopped by that day and she still couldn’t find it. Next day, same thing, can’t find it. Friday she tells me she “ thinks “ she gave it to another customer without a ticket stub who is now n Virginia!!! The owner of this business has shown no urgency or concern with our loss. Unfortunately this business is not BBB affiliated. If you need your clock repaired, please use another business. P.S….and our clock is...

I want to thank Helen. She was awesome! She took care of my family heirloom grandfather kario cabinent clock like it was precious. Her precision and calm during my barrage of questions to make sure IM doing everything right was nothing, or seemed like nothing to her flow. She gave my clock a clean bill of health, told me what to watch for, how to maintain, how to adjust if applicable. She got the chimes back to sounding wonderful and not like thunking of hammers. Helen was super easy to talk to, overall wonderful!

1000% recamend again! And as long as they are around I'll never call...
