A True Hidden Gem of Live Theater!
The Hideaway Performance Arts Center is truly a hidden gem—both in name and in charm! Tucked away and easy to miss on your first visit (hence the name “Hideaway” 😉), this intimate theater is absolutely worth finding.
From thought-provoking dramas to heartwarming classics, every show I've seen has been nothing short of phenomenal. Dog’s Life, A Christmas Carol, The Importance of Being Earnest, and even their youth theater productions from Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 all left me deeply impressed. The casts pour their hearts into each performance, creating a level of passion and professionalism that rivals much larger theaters.
The energy, talent, and storytelling are sensational—and with an exciting lineup ahead, including musical tribute bands slated for Summer 2025, there’s truly something for everyone.
If you're looking for a refreshing night out, whether it's a date night or an evening with friends, treat yourself to an unforgettable experience at Hideaway. Check their website for upcoming performances—you won’t regret discovering this...
Read moreWhat a wonderful experience! Myself and my friend went to the final show tonight! We are both widows and always looking for something to do as singles. The Hideaway Performing Theater is what we chose. So glad we did!
Totally amazed by what we were offered from the friendliness at the unique old fashioned ticket booth, to the snacks and a nice array of libations!
The entirety of this play was stunning, and dramatic acting with humor was so cool! We both totally enjoyed and cannot wait to plan another “Play” date!
Anyone who has not come to the Hideaway Performing Arts Center is truly missing...
Read moreMy wife and I saw the opening performance of “Picasso at the Lapin Agile” here. It was an amazing show. We were blown away by the quality of the acting. Every character was played by someone who very clearly loves what they do and puts everything they have into their role. We’re grateful we found this place and were lucky enough to have been there for the inaugural show. I can’t say enough about the quality of the play. We’re taking the entire family in December for “A Christmas Carol.”
It’s a really cool old, quaint theater. Everybody should see a show here...
