Yum Yum Wings and Things — Restaurant in Eustis

Didn't feel like cooking tonight. Easy enough fix. Stopped into a local spot, always get their side salads🥗.. know the price, and sent my son into business. All is well at this point. Until I called the business asked to speak to the manager/ or owner really don't actually know who the unprofessional chick was that got on the phone 📱. But I feel disappointed in the customer care model for most small businesses , . She was rude, condescending, unprofessional, & belligerent. Instead of making things better she went totally left drama queen and all. Accusing me and my son of being unable to place a simple order and calling us liars for requesting 2 side salads when we were upsold garden salads . It's not the price at all, it's just the lack of understanding and or tactfulness during the whole transaction, with her ending the call abruptly saying she does not know how to accommodate us, and she doesn't care if we ever come in again to buy another salad 🥗. Be careful what you say because I found this place thru word of mouth through coworkers. You can't be rude, and nasty just because you didn't take the time to at least hear me out. And I will give you your wish of not ever coming back to buy another salad from this business. I pray you don't treat others that way.. keep your money and keep your salads. Another weird review for me it was my first time I ordered wings with Yum Yum sauce. Why say it's a weird review is because I liked it but I didn't like it lol. So my real issue was I didn't find the wings were seasoned to the bone, that's a positive if your hypertensive. However when eaten with the Yum Yum sauce they were Devine I guess the idea is to leave them bland and keep dipping them. I also loved how the meat was cooked properly and the wings were fresh, fresh as in not stale, great job. If you want some good fresh wings with fresh oil everyday and clean pots and pans. I'd recommend this place for sure. The wings are crunchy and juicy, salty and sweet. I've had wings from other franchises and they dont, I repeat, dont compare to these. They are so good, I wont eat wings from anywhere else. These are the best wings around.
