They had a bench with a clearance tag that said -150. The original price was 199.99 any person would assume that would be 49.99 as the sale price. However the tag saud 99.99. When we asked the original person said it wasn't saying minus 150 but then said it was off the 250 comparison price. The manager came over and immediately tore the clearance price off and told us it was 99.99. They would not honor their mistake and were very rude. When I walked off the manager walked down an aisle without realizing I was there and spoke into her microphone tgat "She's not worried about it" this was afyer she had told us that it was not ok and she would speak with her associates. I told her she should worry about it because they were rude. She walked off and then came back at me with an attitude. My mom and sister and i left the store without purchasing anything and quite frankly will never be back. Mistakes happen, rudeness is a choice. It would have been different if neither one if the employees were rude and they had the same story as to it being mismarked but they did not and clearly based on the managers words are not...

We found an outdoor patio set we liked. It was marked $1299 but rang up $1499. We were stunned that the price was $200 difference, and the 1299 tag indicated the exact item, not some vague reference to just any outdoor set. My wife tried to argue about it and the manager became unnecessarily aggressive. My wife felt bullied by the staff, and they had no remorse for the fact that someone messed up their one job of easily transferring price from the system to the label to our detrimemt. Omg, that place would be a nightmare for anyone with OCD! Each time I've gone in there is literally merchandise everywhere. It's piled on top of one another, wall to wall homegoods choas. To the point it may seem overwhelming or possibly anxiety inducing. If you have a fear of being buried alive, this is not the place for you. If you gave children who can't help but touch everything they see, this is not the place for you with them in tow. Prices are good though and a lot of cool housewares and such. Totally worth the trip if you got those breathing exercises down, took your Xanax that morning and got a babysitter for...
