Iām not sure if the ownership has changed. I say this because I have not seen the guy who owned and worked it for years. I alway look for his white car and have only seen a white suv in the same spot. He would order my husband his juice and our coils. Iām guessing he might have sold it⦠I know with Walmart closed it took a toll on his business.
So on with services the last few times I came by. A few weeks back I was in need of juice so I figured Iād run across the street and grab some. Just as weāve done for years now. Something tells me call just to be sure. Well good thing I did. He was closing up 20 minutes early do to a family emergency that landed the person in the hospital. Not a big deal. Stuff happens (emergency stuff isnāt usually scheduled) and I was able to jump in my vehicle and get there. Unfortunately it didnāt give me time to get cash bc of adjustment in closing. Sucked for me but Hello,, what kind of person would I be if I complain about that???
Ok now Iām back bc my husband needs juice. Now he has a brand, size, mg., and of course flavor. What he does not desire MORE than anything is anything ICED. I mentioned this multiple times bc my husbandās regular was gone. I say I canāt see any of those bc I donāt have my glasses. Iām used to the mg strength starting at the lost and growing in strength on the way down. The top shelf was 6 mg and the second was 3 mg. So I offered my husband a flavor that was not available in his milligrams fine thatās not a big deal. If you had to get a 3 mg to get the flavor he wanted he would he smokes mine I smoke a zero or three if I canāt get a zero so heāll deal with it. I even mentioned this to the sales guy. I come to the house, drop it off with him and go back out to finish errands. So I donāt look at it I think nothing of it. I mentioned no ice many times at least six times I mentioned it at least talking for a matter of like a couple minutes about that. We talked about other things about that. We only talked about it for like less than a minute. Now Iām in the grocery store my phone rings. Itās my husband. What in the heck why this is I thought about blah blah blah well fortunately he was on the phone when I was getting his stuff so he heard me tell the guy again thatās not nice right and he says no itās not OK now my husbandās out that money I have to run back to stop what Iām doing run back go to the store again before it closes to get a new juice. Guess what it is 946 and the guy is closing the store he tries to act like he didnāt see somebody pull up with their headlights on directly in front of the store kept looking down, put the latch down and was gonna walk away. I tapped the door with my keys and then he let me in. I explained it and it was juice was ice. He gives me another one. I drop off my husband. I get another freaking phone call. Itās ice again Freak I am so pissed. It was a waste of my time my gas money. Iām not happy about this so itās unfortunate because the guy is nice but nice doesnāt put gas in my tank or pay for my bottles of juice is wasted if he wouldāve been closed again, early again early , so donāt go last minute and I talked to him when I was there...

I'm very hurt by this, because I'd explained to them how financially strained I am. Also, my kit was not complete, it was missing the user manual and the silicone airflow plugs. Also, the kit is supposed to contain two different pods; one RPM pod, and one RPM2 pod. Mine only had the RPM pod.
